The rubber mat cleaner ruined my flat rubber car mats and they refused to buy me a new one because it's a free service therefore they are not liable. Ryan tried to tell me that the staff is supposed to pressure washer the rubber mats. Nowhere could I find signage that supported this. I've used this machine in the past and I guess I was just blessed that I never had a problem up till now. No where on the machine was it posted not to use rubber mats. His (Ryan) answer was in his 20 years experience people don't read sign so therefore they did not feel necessary to have signage stating the risks. Then it went to the excuse that I use a molded rubber mat which I did but that's not the one that got ruined and I've cleaned them several times already this year and never had a problem. Granted it's only $115 to replace it but the amount of excuses and the last lack of integrity is a disgrace. .

On Jan 4, 2026 around 315 or so, I went thru this car wash. As I was inching into the track for…read moremy left wheel to get placed, the young female working that side of the car wash yelled at me to stop, put her hands up and so I stopped, to which I heard her loudly exclaim "God Damn!" "JESUS CHRIST" I was stunned, then as I traveled thru the wash, I became angry. I chose not to turn back into the car wash and go inside to find management because I was so upset, I may have been asked to leave. I did, however, phone the number on the receipt, leaving 2 voice mails on that line, and waited till Monday to see if I received a turn call. Nothing. I then left a voice mail with the corporate office last week, to which I have heard nothing back as well. I canceled my membership the day of the incident, was prompted to let them know why, so I did write it out. The lack of acknowledgement of this occurrence shows how little this company is concerned about their customers. Oh, and the wash itself did not do a good job for the money I spent.

It is a single port help yourself type, not an automatic pull through. The place was well maintained, clean like an anal persons living room. New looking and sparkling, nothing was out of place; even the many clings--signs of information that were glued everywhere--were sharp; not a single one of them was faded or corner curled. They had modern and glowing ( it was dark) vacuum cleaners portals. The car ports were well lit and secured by cameras. $1.50 for a wash, it had all the types you'd need. I was short a quarter but was pleasantly surprised that they had a credit card swipe. The place is modernly convenient, and nice. Computerized controls made it easy; the pressure was strong. It is a quality setup. Problem is the country music playing through speakers set there. it was ear piecing loud. It wouldn't be an issue if it was at background volume, but this at was Country Concert decimals. I felt like at any moment boys in cowboy hats and manure stained boots, blondes in Daisy Dukes and crop tops, and middle age grandmas in moo-moos were going to gather around a bond fire in the port and make a music video. And this is Fort Shawnee, the Upper Arlington of Lima. 5-stars for the services and high quality space. Minus one star for the honky tonking hootenanny.
