For a third time I tried to go through the wash on Wednesday and they finally pulled through and were open. I used my unlimited Pro 5 Plus membership; I mind you I spend $27 a month for. I go through the car wash and at the end by the dryers the person in front of me hits their brakes and sits there blocking the exit to the car wash for 15 seconds. Mind you this is an automatic car wash where the conveyor belt is pushing you forward constantly. If I would not have held my brakes I would have rear ended this embarrassment of a person. I am cancelling my membership and will never return to this awful place.

The rubber mat cleaner ruined my flat rubber car mats and they refused to buy me a new one because it's a free service therefore they are not liable. Ryan tried to tell me that the staff is supposed to pressure washer the rubber mats. Nowhere could I find signage that supported this. I've used this machine in the past and I guess I was just blessed that I never had a problem up till now. No where on the machine was it posted not to use rubber mats. His (Ryan) answer was in his 20 years experience people don't read sign so therefore they did not feel necessary to have signage stating the risks. Then it went to the excuse that I use a molded rubber mat which I did but that's not the one that got ruined and I've cleaned them several times already this year and never had a problem. Granted it's only $115 to replace it but the amount of excuses and the last lack of integrity is a disgrace. .

One of the coolest things about this gas station, other than the fact it's connected to Rager's, is that it has a drive thru. I don't mean a drive thru for Rager's... I mean for the gas station convenience store. So if you need some snacks, drinks, booze, milk to go... you can buy it at the drive thru. I remember asking the attendants about it, as I thought that was a car wash but no it's a drive thru. They said anything in the store can be sold at their drive thru except lottery tickets.
