Called Frank's before I left home in Reno, NV to attend a hot air balloon festival in Lake Havasu City to see if I would be able to bring my truck in to have the headlamp housing replaced (I had the parts already). They said sure bring it in and we can get it done, did the job in the parking area and don't worry about dropping your trailer, plenty of room. The guys did a great job, on my 2003 Ford F-350. Took a little longer than they expected but due to the age it went pretty well. Tomorrow AM I hope to get the lights aimed and looking forward to the improvement over the old faded, frosted housings. Glad they could fit me in or willing to drop the other jobs to take care of this one. Looking forward to heading home on Sunday and seeing the difference, in the outback of Nevada and bright clear headlights. read more

We brought our van in to get the front bumper replaced. WE ARE THRILLED!!! They did a perfect job - the bumper was carefully removed and replaced. The color match was a difficult one because it's custom to Winnebago, but they nailed it! So many times you go to get repairs done on your rig and the technician ends up mucking up something else or they just don't seem to care - NOT THIS CREW. I would like to commend the entire team at Frank's Custom & Collision auto body shop! I took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in this week for an estimate for some relatively minor rear bumper damage. James gave the car a very good inspection and I was provided with an estimate very quickly. Of course I then drove all over town to visit the other body shops for comparison. I knew very quickly that Frank's was the best option. I was very pleased with the price estimate as I felt it was fair. I was very impressed with James (who I learned was the owner). What a great place! I stopped by for a quote on some scratches on my hood; I was fearing a huge cost. The owner (whose name escapes me - it wasn't Frank) began what I thought was cleaning the hood for a better view. As he brought out more items to use it dawned on me that he was actually working on removing the scratches. I was pleased at the promptness of the service. After he finished I was preparing for the bill when he told me that there wasn't any charge! You could have knocked me over with a feather. I thanked him, and promised to return if I ever required his services again. What a class act! read more

James and Tina were amazing to work with. They went way out of there way to fix our car after hitting a retread tire in the road. Extensive damage to front and side of our Dodge Charger. Damage was fixed in a very fast timely manor. Received daily calls on progress on our car. I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan frontier quad cab, in Lava red,on a trip to California a fence fell over onto the hood and grill, and front bumper (same color as the truck) this color has pearl and flake, causing the truck to look red in low light and anodized orange in the sun, it also changes as you look at it from differant angles. I took it to Auto Nation Collision in Torrance Ca. because they were certified by Nissan of north America as well as Mercedes, Infinitely, Range rover. I knew this would be a hard color to match (I am a 35 year retired Chrysler/Ase Master tech. It was dusk when I picked up the truck, the next morning the paint color looke like a match, I then loaded my Harley in my trailer and went back home in Arizona. several days later I noticed some body parts damaged, I took it to Anderson Nissan only to find out they had broken all the bumper mounting tabs left at least 20 fasteners off used the wrong paint and under the fluorescent lights there were huge buffer scratches and water spots. Nissan ordered the bumper and all the other parts, and sent it to Franks, WOW, when I got it back it looked like the day I bought it Frank and crew went above and beyond my expectations, these guys are top notch A+++ I wont take my vehicles any where else, I can't say enough GOOD and praise.Not only are all the new parts installed correctly the paint is perfect, save yourself all the headaches and just go to Franks, and oh yeah they treat you like they really care and want you happy..... read more
