He failed to show up during the 2PM-3PM timeframe. Then, rescheduled for 4:30. This guy quoted a price after getting a photo and dimensions of the dirt pile, He then upped the price by 50%. He didn't bring any wheelbarrows, and has no ramp. The truck bed is 4' off the ground. He wanted to shovel the dirt/rocks up and over to the truck bed. He knew before coming over that our development is closed to construction work after 5PM. Then, he wanted to split the job between 1/2 hour of work tonight and come back in the morning to finish. He was late today and there was no trust that he'd show up on time tomorrow. Difficult guy to work with and does not honor appointment times. Everyone is always busy, and contractors who cannot show up on time create delays for other work/plans you have scheduled. Won't ever use in the future. read more

We had a bunch of dirt to remove and gravel to be brought in and he and his crew were awesome. They were on time, on budget, had a great attitude, and did everything they said. I paid them in full even though they needed to come back to pick up one more chunk of cement...2 Days later they came with a jackhammer, busted it up and took it away. I then hired them again right there for a dirt removal job for our swimming pool. Again, fair price and they did a great job very quickly. I contacted Frank to remove and haul away the front yard landscaping (grass, dirt, oleanders, gravel). Frank was responsive to my text messages and we worked out a quote / price via the phone after sharing photos of the property. Frank's crew showed up on time and were professional and friendly. They got to work immediately and did a fantastic job pulling out 20 year old oleanders while navigating the water meter and drain clean outs. I also really appreciate that before they started they took time to find the cable service line from the street (which was laid in a shallow trench) to be sure not to damage it while they removed the gravel / dirt.
