I used Blake Hauling's services about a year ago and had excellent service -- so when I needed some bulky, old furniture removed from an upstairs bedroom immediately, I contacted Blake Hauling. Karla gave me a fair estimate on the removal and when I agreed, we were able to arrange an appointment the day after which a reasonable time frame. Adrian arrived in the expected time frame to take care of the furniture and was quick, kind, and professional! If you have junk in or around your home, have Blake Hauling take care of it!!! I called them up to get an estimate of junk that my father in law / packrat has accumulated. I mean really, who needs old kitchen chairs that are falling apart, a gas BBQ that is so old that there are no propane tanks in this day that can work with it, and a steel cabinet that was hidden among the bushes that the rest of the family didnt know about. . . . Blake came promptly on time, did a walkthrough orientation of the piles and area of junk to be hauled. He even offered to take other junk that I didnt think he would take like garden junk (branches, leaves, etc). But he offered so I said "Why not!". Him and his partner were very efficient and professional. They cleaned pu after themselves very well and even took the time to sweep the driveway if there was little things that fell out, also even raked the leaves off the front lawn (which he didnt have to, but he did because he wanted to). Now that's what you call service. They are also a hauling company that is going "Green" because as they were putting the junk in the trailor, he organized the junk so they can easily know what can be recycled versus straight to the dump. Long story short, I was moving out of a four-bedroom house with three roommates, and my roommates abandoned me (moved out of state) with all of their stuff - furniture, food, pots/pans, dishes, Tupperware...EVERYTHING. Blake Hauling was great - I found them through Yelp and they did not disappoint! We had a large Xmas tree in it's stand that we needed to get taken away and Blake did a terrific job. We left it out on our porch and they came and got it while we were out - not only did they haul it away, they even swept up all the needles that were all over the porch and walkway!! I really appreciated how easy it was to set up an appointment when I called, how accomodating and flexible they were (they took my card and charged me AFTER they had taken it away - it was super convenient), that they called to give me a 2 hour time window, and that they went to the trouble of photographing the tree and porch and emailing me the photos. I called Blake Hauling because it had good reviews Carlos was nice guy and attended to my needs right away i need a dumpster for my yard work and he gave me flat fee which pretty great and all i had to do is fill it up and call him and he would pick it up everything sounded great until the dumpster came it was from another company he used another company to give me dumpster cause he was out i think. The other company had this guy that would check every single day at the dumpster and even put some mattresses and swings in the dumpster i rented it was BS he picked up the dumpster not even full yet and said it was to heavy already which i dont think so cause all i put was ice plants and weeds. I had expected that they might send someone to my place to estimate cost for the assorted water and mud-soaked detritus I needed hauled away. No. In fact, these folks are fully engaged in the 21st century and suggested that I send photos of the stuff I wanted to get rid of. Perfect!! They took a look at all of it, estimated how much room it would take in the trailer/truck, and gave me a more than fair estimate for all of it. And then they called and graciously worked with MY schedule to manage timing. AND they didn't charge me extra when I asked them to take a couple of trash cans worth of greens and branches as well. My grandma's house had to be cleaned out and we only had 2 days to do it.
