This is the only drive thru liquor store I know of in the area! The convenience of not having to leave your car for a quick drink run is so nice. They have a good selection and decent prices. This liquor store is huge. But most important, it is clean. They basically have any and every alcoholic beverage you can think of. The prices are reasonable, about the same as the others that are near back. What really makes this liquor store stand out....they have a freaking drive-thru! I'm seriously considering another establishment to purchase my wine. The customer service at the place is absolutely horrible! In fact, I don't even think that they understand what the terms stand for. Here are a few tips... Greet your customer, say "hello, how are you today?" "Would you like a receipt?" "Thank you, enjoy your wine" I mean I know it's just a liquor store, but a little service with a smile never hurt anyone... ...and how do you manage to make someone feel like crap after they purchased wine??? Back in the day, this used to be a friendly place, now it's a place that makes you feel bad about spending your money- I actually had buyer's remorse...OVER FREAKING WINE!...UGH. I think I'm done with this place for good. I've had way too many bad experiences with this place and gave them too many chances to get my business. Under New Management I left Linthicum which meant leaving the best liquor store within a 30 miles radius, Camp Meade Liquors LLC. Come to find out, they just bought Franks Den. I'm extremely grateful because they are always helpful and friendly. They always have a smile on their face and ask you how your day is, etc. Check them out. PS. People say this liquor store is in a rough area, but I disagree. I go here because it's one of the nicer stores in the area, in my opinion. It's well stocked, well organized, and best of all- clean! The employees really make this place great. They are nice, helpful, productive and informative. One of the nicest times I visited was when an employee told me I picked a good wine, and told me about some specials the store has during the week. I like it when people seem to like where they work, and do their job well. They are open 7 days a week, until 2 am, which makes it perfect for a late-night liquor run when most places are closed. There is a drive-through, but I have yet to try it out. Then again, I like to look at a store selection and choose something new once in a while, I'm rarely a creature of habit who already knows what I want. But I can see the appeal if you don't feel like going in the store, or if like me, you sometimes make a liquor store run in your pajama pants. Hi! Welcome to Glen Dirty, please try our drive through liquor store. Ok I joke but in all seriousness, I LOVE that there is a drive through liquor store near me. I don't have to take my children into a liquor store where they could break things and see creepy people. If you choose to do so, you may go into the store and make your selection, but it is an option to do drive through. This is a rough place, there is no if and or butts about it, but if you're familiar with the area it's not as bad as it seems. I still prefer to drive through than get out. There is a bar attached to the liquor store. It's locals bar for sure. I've been in there maybe twice and not for long. I like this place. Not my favorite liquor store in the area, but my go-to for when I'm stepping out on the later side. They stay open later than the other liquor stores in the area, and there's that awesome little luxury of having a drive thru! The only knock is that the prices are a bit higher in comparison and the selection is just ok. The parking is good, decently sized, and this place is easily spotted. The employees are great though, fast, helpful, nice, and patient. I haven't been in the bar, but it definitely does seem like a locals kind of place, always pretty packed though. read more

Not the cheapest place around, but it has a decent selection and often has seasonal ciders and beers that I can't find elsewhere in "The Burnie". The staff is always friendly and helpful They've even offered to order in particular ciders for me. I'm going to have to try out the dive bar next door sometime. read more

The new owners of Frank's Den on the liquor store side have an employee if not one of the managers are EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL to me when going through the drive through. The employee answering the drive through window yelled at me then slammed the window in my face because I didn't want a bottle of liquor I did not ask for. I even showed him a picture of my request. He yelled at me to come into the store because he has other customers. Just lost our business forever. read more

My rating is solely based on the customer service experience. Essentially, the 2 "people" working the counter were highly disrespectful. I could have spent my money somewhere else and almost did. But you can best believe as a visitor in the state of Maryland, Frank's Den is the last place I would stop to stock up on spirits. read more

Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Great selection, cold beer of all kinds, kegs available, and there's even a deli. Bar was comfortable with a local feel that made u feel welcomed.
