Well that ended yesterday when they shaved his fur off to the skin on his chest. When I complained she said it was a cow lick and that it happens all the time. Well it has never happened to him before. All I expected was an apology. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Ginger goes twice a week and what a great decision it was to take her there. Ginger comes home tired out from playing all day and she has learned to get along with other dogs.Ginger loves going .Rachelle and her two assistants make a great team you can tell they love being around and working with the dogs. My husband and I go to work knowing Ginger is well taken care of and my older dog gets to sleep on the couch all day without being bothered. Win Win Win

Katy sent us daily updates on how Miya was doing and how their hikes went along with photos and it made us feel so much more at ease. We weren't sure Miya would want to come home because she was having so much fun! The forms you fill out ask who else in your family to call in case of emergency as well as how much are you willing to pay in an emergency and it just made us feel more confident in Furkids that they are covering all the bases.
