If you aren't sure the exact model of a part they will happily look it up for you. They will also offer advice if you aren't sure what to buy. Once you check out they are always happy to help you install what you purchased. I was there last week and it was no different. It was an easy and positive experience. I had some speed bucks credits that I was trying to use to stock up on things I keep in the garage. The gentleman told me I can use as many as I want but each credit needs to be used in a separate transaction. No one told me that before so I was thrilled that I could buy everything I needed that day. Great customer service!

They only had two left. The best thing about my visit wasn't that they had it in stock. It was also that it was only $11 (Delta Sonic wanted to charge me $30 for it) and they installed it for me. Even though it was snowing! It took the guy like 30 seconds to do it. It probably would have taken my some 5 minutes to put it on my car.

The guys at Northeastern say it's possibly fixable for $ 200, but since it is not a rebuild, they can't guarantee it. They explain that if that does not work, it requires a complete rebuilt transmission. I ask if that is about $2000, they say it's closer to $4000. Well they fixed it for the $200, and it's been working great for the last two years without the $4000 rebuild. I would highly recommend these guys. They were very honest and knowledgeable.

I live Alden Lancaster area, the first time I went through the phone book calling different shops, I was impressed when I called them and talked to Kevin. This gentleman was honest and up front about what could be wrong. They repaired my 2000 caravan cylinder head that overheated, jump a head a few years car ran great but was in accident. So then got a 2005 grand caravan had a few problems talked with Kevin again his great staff fixed both heads car is still running with324,000miles and going strong . Then I had to repair broken exhaust studs on my 1984 rv I took it apart they extracted all the broken studs retapped checked to make sure not warped and pressure check , rv still running great. I have taken my 2.3l turbo head in with bent valves, I got it back and installed and it jump time same day I reinstalled. They were so concerned they were calling to tell me ways how and what to check before total tare down. Unfortunately had to dare down and have some of the valves replaced. They were so nice they even apologized for what they had to charge me. I completely understood it was not there fault car jumped time it was a fluke They gave me a lot advise on what I should change from there professional staff, I have since purchased what they advised to also replace. A very professional young man Shane even spent much time going over the reinstall because he had done his 2.3l mazda rebuild. The guy who called told me I could go to their location on McKinley if I wanted to get it done that day. However, there was a good bit of a wait, so I ended up going home and rebooking online for a weekday appointment. I got to my appointment about ten minutes early and when I walked in, the man at the counter asked me, "You here for an inspection?" and called me by name. I confirmed he was correct. It felt good to be expected. They took my car back immediately and were done very quickly. Their waiting area is comfortable and clean. Parking was easy.
