I cannot say too many good things regarding Frank's Repair Plumbing !!! I had a sewer blockage that was giving me a lot of grief. Called them Wed AM, they came out promptly and studied the situation thoroughly. turned out that a previous employee who had installed my sewer line over a year prior to this point had not taken full measures to make a proper installation. Chris and Zane determined what the cause was and scheduled remediation for Fri (811 had to be notified) They showed up bright and early with their back hoe operator (missed his name, sorry) and began excavation. the problem with the connection to the city sewer was WAY bigger than expected. Don't even ask. I thought it might take several days. They were done, alley filled back in new connection made the same day and left a HAPPY CUSTOMER in their wake. We had a gas leak. Someone destroyed the gas meter in the alley. Called 911, then Atmos. Atmos came out and repaired their side of the meter. Gas shut off by fire department. Checked for recommended plumber in search. Franks Plumbing was the first on the list. So glad we called them. They were here quickly. Saw the problem and, before doing any work, gave us an estimate. So happy that we called them. They got the piping fixed and did their test for leaks. All was good. They setup the city inspector for the next day The inspector passed the repair. Frank Plumbing's Zachery and Carlos got everything hooked up, modification per city inspector, and got us back in service. Benjamin and Johnny did such a wonderful job of ensuring they did not track inside my house as they took care of a clogged sewer line. (Johnny even took the time to be sure my tub was wiped out and as clean as it could be under the circumstances.) Benjamin took the time to explain all the options of what was needed to help make the choice I felt comfortable with at the time. He took pictures and shared with me his findings. Frank's repair plumbing was prompt, courteous, and fair price. On Wednesday, March 18th, my pipes in the laundry room backed up and overflowed. I called Frank's that afternoon and someone was there Thursday, March 19th first thing. I had a build up of sludge and grim since my washer and kitchen line are connected. I had this issue two years ago and snaking the drains from inside did not work and and they let me know this would be a yearly fix. I got two years out of it instead of one. when I called, I requested we skip the snaking since i knew it was sludge. They were happy to do so. Great experience!!! Rylan Kerce arrived at the time agreed. They called and let me know so I could be there to let them in. He explained what was needed, alternatives and different estimates depending on what we wanted to do. He and his apprentice both wore shoe protectors, cleaned up after the repairs and were so very polite and solicitous. My husband is elderly and can be a bit disconnected but Rylan patiently and politely answered his questions. I had no idea there was the program called the Diamond Club. My outdoor faucet sprung a leak when we were trying to get the hose off to insulate the faucet. It was late afternoon the day after Thanksgiving...terrible timing. But one call to Chris at Frank's and they took care of it! Rylan and Christian arrived in about 30 minutes, explained the situation and that they would have to cut through my bathroom wall to repair it. Not the news I wanted to hear. My older home had a main line stoppage (again). I have had to have it cleared a few times in the past. Franks sent Benjamin on my call. He was more thorough than anyone I've ever had come beforehand. While others worked to clear the line from the clean out into the house, he also worked to clean the line going out to the city sewer. needed more furnace filters and Shawn brought them over. Fast service and was knowledgeable about why I can't put any old filter in because they are electromagnetic for microbes/viruses/bacteria and solved a discussion in my favor on my stubbornly refusing to go to any old place that carries furnace filters. Shawn has the same unit in his house and got it for air quality control like I did. If you like shelling out cash and being without A/C for days at a time, this is the company for you! Inefficient, expensive, and overall rude and sloppy in my recent experience. Same problem was addressed 3 times within a month-and not fixed. $650 a pop adds up quickly..especially when they try and charge for the same repair time and again. last week both of our toilets started acting up. One is full of tree roots and the other needed new hardware. The team who came Saturday did a great job with clearing some of the roots, and Zack came back Tuesday to finish the hardware install. He found the tank had been cracked and leaking, so we got a new toilet and hardware. All of this work was free of charge after our initial visit last Friday. Twice now our heater has gone out over a weekend. Frank's is the only company we could get a hold of to send someone out. They spent the time to diagnose the problem and offered several solutions, none of which consisted of a new system or something outrageous which is what I would expect from any HVAC tech. Slow draining bath tub, and we called for service. Service date set up and they called when a tech was on the way. Christian arrived, quickly got to work after giving us an upfront price- took care of business and now our drain works fine...drains quickly and all is good again in the bath//shower. The Septic system installers found a leak from the bathroom toilet area. I called Frank's Plumbing and the receptionist was so friendly and placed my request in. (I'm a Diamond Member). Within one hour the technician Zane came, assessed the need for a new toilet. He went, on his lunch hour, right away to pick one up, removed the old toilet, installed the new, inn an hour. Everything went very well...!!! Bathroom sink was stopped up solidly! I am 80yrs. old and just had a complete left hip replacement. I was able to clear the line from sink to the back wall which isn't very far. I realized that the real blockage was further down the line, so I called on Frank's Plumbing and they were able to take care of the problem in less time than it took for them to drive to Borger.
