When we did a google search for Hereford this company showed up as if they were local. We had a overpowering sewer stench in the building only that added to our sense of urgency. In my desperation to take care of my employees, I unknowingly booked Scottco while my wife had already booked another company. As a small company with only two employees, the $420 trip charge was quite devastating for us. I believe in compensating others for their time and would never want to take advantage of anyone. I understand that mistakes happen, and I am willing to pay a fair amount for the services rendered. However, I was taken aback when I was told that the original charge was almost $600 as if I needed to be happy with the current. I believe in dealing with companies that operate with integrity and put their heart into their operations. I own up to my mistake and am willing to pay what is fair.
