I have taken my car to him three different times now and each time I have left completely satisfied. The first visit was for my brakes, the second time he fixed a leak in my steering fluid, and most recently he repaired an issue with my motor. Every single time the price has been more than fair, the work has been done correctly the first time, and my car has run perfectly afterward. It actually took me until my third visit to finally write this review because I wanted to be sure that his consistency and service were not just a one time thing. Albert has proven that he is reliable, hard working, and takes pride in everything he does. This is exactly how a business should be run and it is clear that his focus is on taking care of his customers. Albert is an older gentleman and I genuinely hope he keeps working for many more years because I feel lucky to have found my go to mechanic. The owner stated that my diagnostic port was not working and offered to fix it. Which was odd, because I recently went and had a diagnostic test done on it. So I say okay how much would that be? he stated 10 dollars. I agreed, then he found that the fuse was missing. He then said I'll give you the fuse. I say okay great thank you. So he proceeds with the test. There is no further conversation. My truck passes then he says 50 for the test, 10 for the fuse, 3 for using Apple Pay. At this point is when things go wrong. I tell him 10 dollars for the fuse? he says no 10 dollars for the KNOW HOW. I say the know how? He says yes would you have known what fuse it was. Which is very demeaning. I take pride in knowing my vehicle and am very hands on. I let him know that I didn't need his know how as I could have just replaced the fuse myself and brought the vehicle back. I felt taken advantage of and normally would just say okay and pay but I felt that it was wrong.
