The disappointing thing was that after the estimate, I called and Michelle told me I would have an estimate within 24-48 hours. I ended up cancelling with them after 4 days of no estimate. If there was some kind of issue, please communicate that with your customers.

Great two person team for my project that involved removing a 12 foot piece of window trim, sanding…read moreit and then reinstalling and painting to match. It's important to ask if you need to supply materials. I didn't know and had to provide the paint, nails and caulking. They brought the right tools for removing the large piece of lumber and sanding the old paint off and repainting and then finally reinstalling which is a two person job at the minimum. They were late on the morning of arrival after having to cancel last minute due to weather the day before. They did communicate well about arriving but also didn't have my address the morning of the job and I had to provide again. Despite these shortcomings, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again because they take pride in their job and were professional in breaking things down and clean up as well as set up. Thanks again to Butterfly painting and drywall for taking on my small project that was under $300. I hope to use them again for my other work.

They asked to use my personal bathroom a few times which i found odd as i have hired several contractors who worked longer hour jobs who never asked to use my bathroom before. I also found them using my kitchen sink to watch their rags, which really peeved me because they did not ask for my permission first. They left my place a mess, left several supplies in my garage without letting me know in advance that someone would not pick it up till the following day. They left for the day without letting me know they were finished, which was an inconvenience as i wasn't sure if i should stick around or wait for them to come back.
