Last year on a certain holiday, a man visited this florist. After hearing the outrageouse price and…read morelearning that the flowers wouldn't be ready until the next day, he said he might be back and left. No receipt, no order placed, NOTHING. A year later this shop is trying to take him to small claims court for a flower arrangement he didn't get. First they say the arrangement was delivered, but can't provide any sort of receipt or proof that they were delivered. Then, in the same conversation, they say that the arrangement was placed on a "house" account that has never existed and were taken out of the shop at that time. During the same conversation, the owner/manager even admitted that he was trying to take 24 more people to court with the same situation. DO NOT EVEN WALK THROUGH THE DOOR. ENTERING THE SHOP MAY JUST LAND YOU IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR FLORAL NEEDS. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST AND THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS.

Mulberry Florist was so helpful. Tobe listened to what I wanted and assured me they would be beautiful. They had the Bells of Ireland but not ferns. She said they were getting a shipment the next morning. If they did get ferns she would make sure they would be incorporated into the arrangement. She did and she sent a picture to my cell phone so I wouldn't need to ask anyone at the funeral to send one. So thoughtful!
