This is the first review of a company I have ever written. Even when I think a company's service is good, I don't take the trouble to write a comment. However, this company is extraordinary! My insurance company denied my claim, there was damage to my roof from the hurricane over 2 years ago, but we didn't even know until a leak appeared in my bedroom 3 months ago. I believed that any effort to get my insurance to pay any money would be futile, but decided I had nothing to loose. I called Fraser Property and Adjusting on the recommendation of a friend who's claim they had handled. Mr. Fraser oversaw the process himself, and from the initial meeting was forthcoming with the expected timing of the process, his fees, and what he believed he could get our insurance company to pay. He was clear that the process is long, and there are no guarantees. I was highly impressed with his knowledge and experience, and was confident from the outset that this was the right company to handle the situation. His team was equally impressive! They arranged for my roof to be tarped, an appraiser, mold inspectors and remediation experts were at my home within a week (All at $0 cost to me). Every interaction with every representative was professional and expedient. The result however, was the most impressive part of all! The money my insurance company paid was more that enough to easily cover all the damages and pay for Fraser Property's cut. When reading one of the negative comments on Yelp, I'm left to wonder how this person could write such drivel! In addition to that, the reviews are from outside of Florida, which confirms that the reviews are bogus, because this company even doesn't have a branch in THOSE United States! The only thing that is an ABOMINATION, is that people like that are allowed to trash an incredible company's reputation with no recourse. This is the second time I have used FPA and I had to write an updated review. They are the BEST public adjusting company in Florida. Each adjuster has their forte. I, of course, again , had Ari adjust my water damages from the past hurricane and was BLOWN away by the results. He took his time to write a Fair estimate that truly showed the FULL scope of what I needed to repair or replace. It took a while but I finally received a check for the damages to my kitchen and am delighted that I will not need to pay anything out of pocket after my deductible. I cannot fathom why anyone would want to file a claim on their own. I know nothing about repair costs and am happy that I used them last time so I of course, had to call again when water stains appeared behind my corner cabinet. Yes, gross brown water stains from waste water. My kitchen smelled like sewer but thank god, that nightmare if OVER now. Thanks Ari and the FPA team! If there were more than 5 stars then I would happily give them. Ari and the Fraser property staff exceeded all expectations. They were thoroughly professional throughout the process. Expectations were outlined at the onset of the process and all timelines were accurate. When there was a problem with the roof tarps it was sorted out quickly even though it was the duty of an outsourced company. When mould was discovered it was also taken care of very quickly and professionally. As a customer of an insurance company it can be very frustrating and overwhelming dealing with an insurance behemoth, but it was comforting knowing we were not alone in our fight and in fact had a very experienced, knowledgeable, savvy, and above all, an honest Man in our corner. I have recommended Fraser properties to my friends and family and don't hesitate in giving them my highest recommendation. read more

Ari Fraser literally saved me!!! After hurricane Irma I had SO much damage, yet my insurance company refused to pay me a cent.... I was dropped from my policy because I needed a new roof and I was in a real tough spot! I called Ari Fraser and he calmed me down and made me feel hopeful again... within just a few months he fought them and got me $80,000 new money! My personal experience with this firm was simply great and totally worth it! They dealt with everything, I barely had to do a thing and got a big check at the end of the process, wayyy more money than I actually expected, even after their fees!
