The rebates are real! I did get 18000 back which amazing. I live in Vancouver. The customer service was excellent. Heath went over and beyond on a couple occasions. One when I had an electrical problem (that was not related to the heat pump work at all). He came over and spent an hour at least trying to help me diagnose it. He also was able get a hot water tank replacement for me the next day when my old one was exploding. Sam did a great job too and was very prompt at getting back to me, even on the weekends.
