With open lines of communication, they were communicative, ensuring that our needs were met. I was very impressed with how they ensure customer satisfaction. This was my first time here, but I came with friends who had been here several times. The chicken wrap smelled outstanding and looked great. Very robust with chicken! The meatloaf my friend said was phenomenal and interestingly enough they do make it with milk. The Philly cheesesteak looked really great. The chicken pot pie however I will say was definitely not a fan favorite here. I had a different vision of pot pie, which this was not it rather it was the fact on the salty side from me. Not sure what the base was but flavor wise it definitely was not for me. But on a positive note, it was made with white meat chicken. The biscuit on top not a fan favored either. Overall, the five stars goes to the outstanding service we received and the reviews of my friends and their meal. They were very gracious here at the restaurant with taking care of the pot pie since it was not eaten. When I return (and it's a customer service that is bringing me back) I'm gonna try the chicken wrap because it smelled fantastic and looked great

I've included a screenshot from Google Maps to help out with finding them. I went with the Crab Quiche, which was decent. It comes with a side of hash browns which were fantastic. I normally wouldn't go on about hash browns but these were REALLY good! The thing that held the quiche back from being great was that there wasn't a whole lot of crab meat. Lauren had the Breakfast Burrito, added sausage to it and asked for a side of Pico which is something she learned from a previous visit. She's had this burrito before and loves it. She was going on and on about how much she loves it today as well. She actually said "I wish this place was closer to our house because we'd be here way more often" to which I replied "yeah but we have University Diner right by our house, so we're not hurting". Which leads me to a very funny situation: A gentleman showed up at our table like 30 seconds later and said "Hi, I hear you guys go to University Diner? Do you know Andrew? He's my son". We were like "YES! We know Andy!" but the funnier thing was like Lauren had a revelation and said "OH! THAT'S why I love this breakfast burrito so much!" The restaurant overlooks the beautiful golf course with plenty of great views. The menu has about six appetizers, three salads, and ten sandwiches including wings and a cauliflower flatbread. I had the smoked brisket sandwich with fries, and another member of our party had it with coleslaw. A third party member had the cauliflower flatbread with shrimp added. The brisket sandwich was plentiful and delicious. The flatbread was also very tasty. Service was good from Sandra.

The menu is small but I still had a hard time deciding from tempting choices. The item I really wanted was the hot pretzel but I knew I had to have something more balanced. I also knew I could do that in addition to something else. We finally agreed to order one for the table. OMG...don't miss it. We loved each having a taste. It comes hanging with a great dip and is impressive. Wish I'd gotten a photo, but we were so hungry, we just dug in. I had a grown up grill cheese with tomato and bacon on thick sliced bread, which was tasty. The burger was deemed done as requested. The chicken sandwich was also pronounced good. The pretzel is the item we would all order again. One of my guests went back the next day and ordered it again for himself with the burger.

They have a billiards section and a lounge when you come in, but in the back corner pocket, there's a nice spot to sit and enjoy some really great southern cooking thats clearly made with care. If you like chicken and dumplings, this is the place to come, or maybe breakfast, they can't be outdone. My tables orders first was the bad a chicken sandwich topped with a delicious cheese crisp , next the build-your-own burger with added onion rings, and that burger was at least 4 inches tall! Last but not least was a toasted turkey sandwich with tater tots. Everything was made fresh and so tasty. Their menu is full of great Southern cooked items to choose from and daily specials that will have you definitely saying that was delicious on your way out.

Supposed to come with chicken, but I passed on the chicken, wish more places had discounts when you say no meat, but whatev. Hence, the knockdown on a star. The biscuit was homemade, not overly butter, but still good. They make their own jam, I had the strawberry which was nice, but wished I had ordered blueberry. The home fries were solid. Impressively, not overly greasy and not overly salty.
