I was looking for a very specific piece of hardware to match my cabinets and the staff went out of their way to try and help me find it. Disappointed!!! I…read morepurchased a grill at Lowes, Maple Grove, that was supposed to come fully assembled and be delivered to my home. However, the grill arrived not fully assembled. We had planned a gathering at our home and expected to use the grill today, but that was not possible due to the condition in which it arrived. When I called the store, the only solution offered was to have the grill picked up and replaced with a fully assembled one on the next available delivery date, Saturday, 3/28/2026. I understand that mistakes can happen, and this would not have been a major issue if I didn't have plans for today. Unfortunately, because of this situation, I had to go out and purchase another grill from a different store in order to proceed with our planned event.
