They did a great job of making sure everyone knew how to discuss what had happened with the grandchildren, they were helpful but stayed out-of-the way during a long and busy visitation (helped with coats, kept coffee pots in the rear room full, answered questions, were happy to fix the decendent's hair to look more like his everyday style -- then on the day of the funeral they did a great job of getting the cars lined up for the processional, and stored the plants and flowers for the family while we went to the graveside for the military honors while also setting up the visitation room for another family and kept everything running smoothly). We had several children and it was very helpful to have the rear room to keep them busy while the adults were grieving in the chapel. Altogether ... just an absolute class act. Funeral chapels are the last business you ever want to utilize, but if you have to do so, they do it well.

When we had to bury our daughter, we were told the grave sites we owned had tree roots running through the ground and if they dug the grave, the tree would die. Mind you this was two dates after our 33 year old daughter had died. Imagine how we felt. They had no resolution for the issue, until we pressed them to find us another two plots that they could switch us to that was close to our other family members. This was in 2019. More resently we purchased our bronze marker 12/23. To date we have not received any information as to if the cemetary has received the marker. All we get is the run around, no call backs or information. Very sad.

I have called, emailed, and written letters and can not get an answer. At one point they could not locate his ashes but then said they found them in a back room. Each time I call, someone just says they will call back but never do. I wish there was a way to move my entire extended family from their resting place to another location. Now when they cut the grass in certain sections they leave all that grass they mow out there and do not rake it up. I noticed it in baby land. Those are babies out there with headstone you have to dig to find them under all that grass. I don't know when they started getting so lazy with the lawn care. I am so disgusted with this cemetery now. Also, every year my veterans relatives NEVER have a flag. Every other veteran I saw out there had them but not my family members. I always have to ask for one. This year I ask for 2 to place in my veteran family member graves and was told they only have 1. I took one from outside the front of their office that was on display. I was told if I come back Sunday they will have more. My response was I am here today not tomorrow. If you can take your love ones elsewhere do so. This cemetery is garbage now! I am thinking about reaching out to the news station to show them the pictures I have with their crappy lawn care.
