Pine Lane Nursery was recommended to me as a nursery with a large selection, reasonable prices, and knowledgeable, friendly people. They did not disappoint! I replaced a large part of my lawn with xeriscaping and was looking for several plants to layout a beautiful pollinator friendly, drought resistant landscape with three seasons of colors. Debra was very knowledgeable and so helpful as she took me around to pick out a perfect selection of plants (three carts worth). They are all planted now and look beautiful! First visit - I'm a bit chagrined that I've driven by but never stopped in, and I was very impressed with everything about this locally-owned small business. The employees were ALL helpful and cheerful (unfortunately I only caught the name of Julia at the register), and the wide selection of plants was invitingly arranged. I also loved the merchandise in the shop. Prices were higher than big box stores, but quality was much nicer. Much. I joined the loyalty club as I'll be back!! (P.S. Very seamless experience, Aspen and Colton were very helpful. Needed help with a Christmas tree. Colton walked around and explained each type they had. Showed me various sizes. It was great that he explained the longevity of each but they all pretty much the same. Was very kind in betting and loading it up. I had a few questions prior to coming down and Aspen was helpful. There is this lady Lin who works at Pine Lane who knows her stuff. She was so helpful and so incredibly patient with my wife and I. We were trying to curate some plants that the deer wouldn't massacre and she went through the whole establishment with us and so far was 100% accurate with her plant picks. I'm not normally one to post reviews, but this place is worth it. When you go there, there is a LOT to look at. But, once you get your head around how the place is organized, it's not that overwhelming. They always have a great selection of plants and trees on hand. The employees are highly knowledgeable and helpful too. When we picked out two trees, we noticed after we got home that a mistake was made on which trees were rung up. We called them back and they fixed it over the phone without any hassle. Their planting service is also very much worth it. They coordinate to have utility lines checked before the planting, and when the crew showed up we told them where to plant; they were in and out fast, didn't leave a mess, and did a good job. It is highly unlikely that I will be buying any plants for my home moving forward that don't come from Pine Lane Nursery. read more

I believe business owners can make their decisions and then I can vote with my wallet. Saturday we were here to buy some pots. Their pots were not labeled and prices were washed out. I got help and they quoted me $220 total. We got the right car and drove all the way back today, but they increased the price to $300. Five women stood around, heard my story and no one made any concessions. I paid the $300 without being a "Karen" and left. Because of their integrity issues we will not be back again. Not one employee made the right decision, or asked more questions. No sweat, we're just one customer. read more

Pine Lane Nursery - ZZ Plant 4" - Nurseries & Gardening Near Me - Parker, Colorado

This place is the worst nursery to work with as they don't stand behind their product. I went in for a small tree recommendation and they said the Bosnian Pine was best. I explained that it cannot get too large as I have a small yard. And my yard touches an open field, so it must have strong branches as it will see a lot of wind and snow. Was told it would be no problem and it can handle those items. After planting (in the wrong place by these idiots), I quickly saw the pine had flimsy branches. I asked again if it would hold up to the snow this winter. Answer - yes, of course. Well, fast forward to our first snowfall last week and what happens...7 of the 12 total limbs break off from the snow. This happened in spite of the fact my wife and I brushed the snow off the limbs every couple of hours. And yes, that includes getting up at 3am to brush the limbs. I contact Pine Lane to stress my concern and their response, "we wouldn't make any money if we honored all our warranties". The tree made it four months and will have to be removed in the spring. I spent $700 on this tree. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. I'll even chip in some $$ to help encourage you to do so. read more

Incredibly rude people working here. The yard is a disaster to walk around, I almost twisted an ankle from the pathway being so uneven and unkept. Prices are now outrageously high. Saw some young guys standing around and doing literally nothing besides laughing with each other while customers needed help. Seems like theres no management or care at this business. Such a shame because I had visited in February & March and had wonderful experiences. But the gentleman who helped me previously is no longer there & I don't recognize any of the faces that were working so maybe there's a new owner who just doesn't care about a good customer experience. This place was an amazing surprise after we saw the lines and prices at different gardens. We stumbled into Pine Lane and had the best experience. The variety is insane-- they had everything you can imagine from plants, flowers,and bushes to succulents and vegetables. The employees were very helpful and friendly; they answered all our questions and showed us options for what we needed. I bought two $100 wisteria's on a Sunday. On Monday morning one half of one was dead. I had to work all day so I couldn't do anything about it. I took it back on Tuesday and the manager said that it hadn't been watered. I said if that was the case, which it wasn't, then why is the other half not dead. She said well ours get watered every day, and I said mine got watered every day and is under the porch roof we went out to see the other wisteria and none of them were dead and she said it was my fault. I pulled one wisteria out of it's bucket with no resistance at all, and I said this dirt ball is exactly like mine and has no water in it. she offered me 50% off a new one. I wanted to stop the charge but couldn't because I was having them installed in two days. I said I specifically asked the cashier if they were warranted and she told me yes and even looked it up to make sure. The manager said that they're only warranted for 50%. It did not indicate that on the receipt nor did the cashier tell me that . The manager said the cashiers are very well trained and I said I asked her twice if this was warranted and she said yes but nothing about a 50%. I ended up getting a 50% off a new one so in retrospect, she took my old one and I paid half for a new one which in total cost me $150 for $100 plant. This was very, very poor customer service , especially after less than 24 hours of it being bought. No plant should die quickly. I was recommended this nursery by a friend and bought over $300 worth of plants. I will now tell everyone what they did and will never return. very poor customer service, especially with the receipt and less than 48 hours of the purchase. read more

This is a fantastic tree nursery! I came in a few times before I purchased trees for two properties. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They are truly tree wizards. Pine Lane Nursery has a huge selection of trees and plants. They can also plant the trees you purchase. I went for this option and the guys did a great job planting the trees. They took the time to make sure they were planted in the optimal spot. I'll be purchasing more trees in the spring and I won't bother to look anywhere else because you can't beat the selection and service at Pine Lane. read more

Purchased four 12-14 foot Birch trees in November. Had them professionally planted by landscaper, set for water drip line, fed well and when spring came the trees barely came alive. As a matter of fact instead of being 12-14 foot trees they are more like 3-4 foot trees. $1,900 in trees, 500 in labor plus supplies. Suggest you look elsewhere for healthy trees read more

We purchased 2 Crabapple Emerald Spires and 1 Crabapple Purple Emerald Spire from Pine Lane for our back yard. They have a very helpful staff who recommended a number of good options at various price ranges, and patiently and thoroughly explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. The installation scheduler phoned promptly and followed up the day before the delivery. The delivery and planting itself happened exactly on the date and time advised, and exactly to our specifications. And the trees are beautiful! read more

So, they have a very nice selection of plants and trees, I will give them that. It ends there. I purchased and item and realized that it was not what I would need in my yard. I literally returned it unopened about 3 hours later. I was assessed a 10% fee on my return, the clerk claiming it was because I used a charge card. This speaks volumes about customer care. If a business is willing to put 3x the amount of a credit card fee back on their customer. There are competing nurseries and I am going there from now on. Too bad but they set the stage. read more

This local privately owned Parker Nursery and Tree Farm probably has what you need. If they don't, then they will try to get it for you. It is a family farm operation owned by a hardworking Parker family. I spend my money here for that very reason. It was hard to find the hatch chili "store from the sign on the road but it was actually at the nursery. The nursery was very nice but the chili's were wonderful. I purchased half bushel of roasted hatch chili's for my flight back to California. I must say they were awesome and they roasted within fifteen minutes. The service was excellent. In the past I bought all of my tree's and plants from Arapahoe Acres off Santa Fe when I lived in Littleton and when we bought a new house in Parker. Sadly they went out of business so I started looking for another company that had the same family owned/not a big box store mentality. Happily I have found it in Pine Lane Nursery. Friendly, great customer service and an excellent selection of tree's/shrubbery. We planted two tree's from them in our new Centennial home and they are doing very well. Worst customer service I ever experienced. Bought $150 Christmas tree from them, guy did a cut on trunk but within days noticed it wasn't absorbing water. Tree is dead! Went in & spoke with Manager that couldn't have cared less, wouldn't give me even a partial refund only if I was gonna use in their store.
