I had a 50-50 child custody case with no child support and was under a circumstance where relocating was essential. The case was terribly hard to argue because the divorce happened 3 years ago. Fred is a calm patient gentleman. He has 22 years of experience in child custody cases and handles a trial or 2 every week. But as a client, I was given all the attention I wanted on my case because he has an excellent team of people coordinating and synchronizing things for him. His knowledge of the law and court room dynamics is unparalleled. He gave me great advice at crucial moments and I am glad I followed them given the tremendously positive outcome. He is expensive but is very willing to accommodate if you are putting in your effort to do some of the things in the process. He does not take people's lives for granted, he is on time, never missed a court date, always followed up, always kept me updated, worked on weekends to discuss strategy and work on various things. he brought 4 binder copies of evidences to the court to handover to each party. Right until the order was signed, he didn't let a single thing slip through - a very diligent lawyer who has changed my life. I am immensely grateful for his service and will rehire him without hesitation. read more

I had a very negative experience with this attorney during my divorce. Once he saw the amount involved in the sale of my marital home, I felt like the case was unnecessarily prolonged and legal fees kept increasing. In the end, I lost a significant portion of the proceeds and felt completely unsupported throughout the process. Communication was poor, accountability was lacking, and problems were constantly blamed on opposing counsel instead of being addressed directly. I was upfront about my financial situation, yet I still felt taken advantage of during one of the most difficult times in my life. I would not recommend hiring this lawyer if you are looking for someone who is transparent, efficient, and genuinely looking out for your best interests. read more

This guy is worst. All he cared about was taking my money. No backbone, or initiative. he just waited until my wife's lawyer told him what to do, even though I initiated the divorce. He must be the least aggressive lawyer out there, I had to fire him after 2 1/2 years. read more

Came to this law office for a divorce and child support case. All these attorneys care about is money and collecting payment. They did not follow up with me regarding my case or respond to my emails or phone calls. They only called me when they wanted a payment. This place is a joke. read more

Working with Mr. Lew on my divorce, absolutely the worst experience of my life!…read more PLEASE PAY CAREFUL ATTENTION - After 3 years working with Mike on my divorce notice arrived from his office that the judgment finally arrived following nearly a year post trial time frame ... as had become the norm Mike was nowhere to be found. The judgment was an unbelievable disaster, with my adulterous wife who moved out of the home and left myself and my 3 kids to go live with her new boyfriend was awarded 70 percent of our marital assets, a full two million dollars plus. Not only was Mike unable to settle my divorce without a trial which of course would have been my preference, but every item which Mr. Lew assured me we would be victorious we lost - yes every god-damn item!! The final salt in the wound is that Mike never even spoken to me about the judgment, choosing to send it to me by email with no explanation. It wasn't until later that I learned that Mike was leaving on vacation that afternoon and couldn't be bothered reviewing the disaster which was my divorce judgement. Mr. Lew is your divorce attorney if you are looking for a legal partner who NEVER returns call or mails, is lazy, unprepared, and worst off cavalier in taking my (your) trust and totally disregarding this confidence.
