DID SOMETHING to help my issues rather than looking at it once and then telling me to come back for another appt to actually help me. I've never once been to a first appt and had a dr do anything other than look at me, ask questions, then charge me and tell me to schedule another appt so they may actually help. I was incredibly impressed with how enthusiastic he was about his work, and the fact that he explained so much to me, it was refreshing to be treated like a person with a brain instead of a time slot with a billable insurance.

His manner is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He moved from Palm City to New Smyrna and it is great to have such a qualified doctor in town.

Dr Fred is great, BUT the office 'manager' has NO BUSINESS working there....She carries a HUGE…read moreattitude, and ruins your experience here....I WAS a patient here UNTIL, the office manager screwed up my last appt, refused to call my doctor for a referal, which has to happen prior to your visit....She FLAT OUT LIED about me not telling her who my new primary care physician was.....So, instead of being able to get treated by Dr. Fred that day, I was turned BECAUSE she did not feel like calling my primary care doctor for a referal.....It could have been done before I got there, OR while I was standing there....BUT NO, I drive my appt for NOTHING just to find out the office manager is having a real bad day... Not the 1st time she screwed up either....Misbilled my insurance company by a lousy $5....Instead of fixing it with the insurance company (probably embarrassing for her) She sends a BILL IN THE MAIL TO ME for $5.....I make ALL my copayments and will not pay for her clerical errors.....
