"You do no need to touch my phone," I redeem my own Groupons. - I arrived at 7pm and asked front desk if it was the 7pm class in progress , he says "yes!" ... it was not ! It was the 6pm class wrapping it up. - I asked whom the dance instructor is? He did not know her name. -front desk young man continuously asked me to repeat myself, I asked that he remove his air pods and he said it was the music hindering his hearing. This is totally unacceptable that there was no one to supervise her and it is unsafe. I called the Little gym and I requested to the staff that this can not happen again but the staff member just hung up on me without reassuring that this won't happen again.
