This dance school was the exception as their recital lasted over 3.5 hours and was followed by 20 minute speeches from various adults thanking everybody, then followed up by handing out individual awards to students on stage. We arrived at the recital at 3:30pm (show started at 4pm) and finally got in our car at 8pm. There was a 15 min intermission in order to stretch our legs and get the circulation moving again. The recital consisted of 52 dance performances. Out of the 52 performances about 30 if not more of them were performed by their competition dance troupe. The dance troupe did a beautiful job, and they all are very talented dancers. It was a joy to watch them dance from large groups, small groups and individual dances. Not sure why they needed to perform over 30 different dances as they should have performed a lot less in order to give us a preview of what they are all about. I also found out during the show, my daughter did not get to see any of the performances as she was sitting in a room and watching a movie with her group.

Unfortunately we paid…read moresight unseen, and we quickly discovered that we were not happy with the location and were especially concerned that the bathrooms are located outside of the facility that is located in the basement of an office building. Being that it is always desolate down there we would never feel safe enough to leave our daughter alone to go to the bathroom by herself. Additionally, once Covid-19 struck and our state shut down, we politely asked the owner, Kathleen, to put a hold on our tuition as we allowed our daughter to participate in one Zoom class which was a total disaster. We were charged for an hour's class (no Discounted rate either as this was an online class versus in person) which turned out to be 40 minutes total, most of which time the owner had to shoo her dog out of the room or her husband kept interrupting her. The other part of the time she just had everybody show their houses and where they were and talked nonsense basically. The actual instruction time was about 15 minutes only, if that, of which the owner couldn't even see my daughter in the camera. I personally witnessed the entire class. Our daughter was so upset she didn't want to participate any longer. When we asked Kathleen, the owner, to put our tuition on hold, she replied by saying that if she put everyone's tuition on hold she wouldn't make any money. We asked her several times and every time she refused. We even explained how the Zoom session was a total disaster to which she denied. Kathleen is the worst business owner in our opinion that we have ever encountered and we will never recommend her to anyone.

Although the teachers and staff were ok. We wanted to be somewhere that had fun group activities and events as well as charitable opportunities for the dancers to be involved in and more of a family and friendly environment. Additionally they were very strict with attendance (unreasonably) and pricey making it difficult to get involved in other activities or interests. I found that there are much better options and was very happy with leaving this studio. After 10 years from leaving - I can confirm it was the best thing I did for me and my daughter.

Natallia understands that everyone learns at their own pace and is extremely patient and supportive. What I as a senior citizen appreciate very much is that at the beginning of each session Natallia asks whether any body part is particularly painful that day and then adjusts the exercises to accommodate my limitations. Still, Natallia still challenges me in every lesson and I feel that I am getting stronger and more flexible every week. Natallia observes every movement carefully and provides specific feedback and corrections to improve my form and technique. I am so grateful that she is my instructor!

She pushes me to work like any normal person even though half my body is weak and spastic. She forces me to work on symmetry which is the opposite of my body's natural state. The studio is calming, beautiful and very clean. It is also very handicapped accessible for me. I have become stronger and more stable in the time I have worked with Natallia. She takes a very no nonsense approach and takes this seriously. Sessions are all business. I highly recommend Rightway Pilates to anyone especially if you are trying to recover from an injury.

While there is a competitive dance team that students can audition for, the week-to-week class focus is on learning and dancing. We've tried other schools in the past and I usually end up feeling like the kids spend the whole year planning for a huge, expensive, loooong recital. Here, the year ends with a dance showcase that is warm and friendly and reasonably priced to attend and to participate in (no expensive costumes that your kids will only wear once). Tony, the party coordinator, was amazing and didn't leave any stone unturned! He had great ideas on decorating the room and allowed us to bring in some of our own food and decorations. GOD came highly recommended by many of the friends we made locally, and I am so grateful to all of them. My child has flourished in this studio; Miss Beth, Miss Alyssa, and the other teachers love the students like their own children, and I have always felt welcomed as part of their dance family. Miss Patti in the office is fantastic, as well, and we love seeing Mimi! My child has learned so much about teamwork from Miss Beth, and the support and mentoring provided by the older dancers has been an inspiration to us.
