I feared going to thier office locations when I think back in 2012 when Adriana's Insurance services lost a lawsuit to a 73 year old man who was physically assaulted by an employee from Adriana's Insurance company. after Adriana's company agreed to settle in june 2014. the old man's attorney was expected to receive a check. instead Adriana's Insurance services. Adriana sent 8 of her employees to the attorney's front office in a van to deliver a number of 5 gallon bucket containers filled with quarters, dimes, nickels. and then just left. also to make matters worse Adriana's Insurance services was aware that the 73 year old man in question had just had surgery for a Hernia repair. making it impossible for the 73 year old man to carry all the coins in buckets. this is how Adriana's Insurance services values her customers. because i see the good in people i still give Adriana's Insurance company 5 star rating

I initially had a good experience at this location, but the service quality has declined significantly, and the office now operates with the same lack of accountability found in any poor customer service environment. Following a vehicle accident, I requested a policy cancellation from my agent, Steve. He explicitly promised to handle it and get back to me, but instead, he completely ghosted me. His failure to act in a timely manner resulted in me being charged for weeks for an insurance policy on a vehicle I could no longer use, causing me significant financial strain. I attempted to reach management at this specific location to rectify the situation, but those efforts were fruitless. I was only able to get the issue resolved after being connected to a different agent, Luis Alfonso de Santiago, who handled the task flawlessly and immediately. While I appreciate Luis's professionalism, the lack of accountability from the rest of the team and management in Azusa is unacceptable. I am actively escalating this to higher-ups and will continue to do so until this matter--including the financial impact of Steve's negligence is fully addressed.

It was late and he needed to call the company to find something out for me, regarding a discount. He NEVER called me. That was when I decided to take my 4 potential cars to get insured elsewhere. They need better training and better customer service. I definitely will NOT refer to any of the parents who have new drivers. I am a high school student mom, we all give each other referrals. They clearly told me that the date of the next payment is 07/14. Closer to this date I wanted to pay, they tell me that my insurance has been canceled, I will have to pay another $ 250. When asked why the insurance was canceled, they said that you did not pay the next payment on 06/26. When I showed them their words that you yourself indicated the payment date to me, they stopped answering me. Ignored for 10 days or more. I wrote a complaint about them to the California Department of Insurance Fraud. In the pre-trial stage, they did not want to correct their mistake in any way. Never contact this broker!!! They only cheat. I have all the evidence of their dishonest and illegal work!
