I understand that shit happens & days that nothing goes right. I typically would never write a review abt something going wrong cuz hey it happens. But in this case its every single time! I thought ok maybe they r new. But nope its the same few people that always work at this pharmacy. Its so bad that it really has me thinking that they must all be getting HIGH on their supply. What totally convinced me of this. Is I called prior to getting my meds refilled to make sure they had this one medication in stock. (Im trying to do this to hopefully avoid there being any issues.) she said: "Yes but Im not sure how many." I said ok well Ive called other walgreens b4 to check this same thing b4 & they r able to look up how many pills they have in stock...Her response: "Yes but our count is always off, its never right. So thats why Im not sure." How this pharmacy has not been investigated & shut down I have no idea! Plus not to mention how unprofessional they are & rude! Will say they will fill on such date. Then when that date comes say no it cant be filled for 3 more days. Even tho they first told me something else entirely. These people should not be working at a pharmacy. Not that we enjoy getting poked but we did enjoy meeting Michael, who administered our shots. Thank you for being so informative and making the process as painless as possible. We find the whole staff very friendly and we appreciate the time they take to inform and answer any questions we might have. We definitely recommend them for vaccines, prescriptions and they have great coffee and treats too!

What was really nice was just how clean and spacious it was. There was a lot of space to maneuver, and lots of choices. They pretty much have everything here, which is good AND bad, because it can be easy to overspend if you're just wandering through. I mostly shop here via the fantastic Walmart app, where I order my groceries (or whatever else I need) to be delivered - almost always within two hours or less! The app even has meal planning and recipe tools, and (since I use it a couple of times a month) can also suggest meal ideas based on what it thinks I already have. This cuts down HUGELY on food waste and on grocery expenses. I really like this tool! As for the store itself, it's always clean and well-stocked. The employees are also incredibly helpful when I can't find something. I love that they recently quadrupled their beer section, including adding a ginormous new cooler so they now carry chilled versions of specialty craft beers. Previously, only the "big name national brands" were chilled. If you were craving a six-pack of Bodhi, you had to either go elsewhere or allow a few hours for it to sit in the fridge when you got home. Finally, a big shoutout to their oil change staff. I've been getting my oil changed here for a few years now, and they are always super friendly and helpful. Their oil change prices are about half what I've seen at other oil change operations, and they offer everything from the cheapie options to super premium/synthetic/high mileage name brands. They have tires and batteries here, too.

They were talking about her nasal spray, and continued to overdwell, and overdwell and overdwell for 7-8 minutes. Not only was the conversation long, it was also not confidential for her to carry on like that with a line full of people. I think that's an appropriate for both reasons. She went on and on about one medication that the doctor had prescribed and said was okay with the patients medical history. She went on to discuss inconsequential topics with this customer. It's as if she locked in on this customer and got a kick out of sharing things that a doctor would be sharing so as to position herself as an authority on the subject. (Yes, I sincerely and truly got that air about her). She didn't even look up to let the rest of us in line know that she "would be with us in a moment." There's a fine line between being caring for a patient, and talking ad nauseam casually while others are in line. This is a strange way to do business (no social skills), and it's certainly not efficient. It's a good way to lose the business of others as well. Again, she saw that there were other people in line. didn't even look up to say "I'll be with you in a moment." (Poor customer service). Phone Calling This Place: Not to mention, when you call them the whole music goes on for such a long time (nobody answers). By default, you almost have to walk in there, only to wait some more. It's beyond me why they don't have more staffing. I honestly would only recommend this pharmacy to lonely individuals who want to talk all day long, but not individuals who are trying to pick up medicine expediently for a sick loved one at home, or for somebody who has other errands to run.

All the other trips I've bought multiple items and was over charged anywhere from a few dollars to over $80. I'm not the only one, each time there are more than 2 customers in line for refunds from being overcharged at check out. The check stand staff don't ensure you're getting your savings. You have to memorize the prices on the shelves and advocate for those prices at check out. Oh, and the app-if it's working, is practically worthless. It's like it's designed for you to give up on your savings. Thankfully, the refund process is reasonably easy after waiting in the customer service line for however long once you've already gone through the checkout line.
