Can't give enough stars for this towing company! After AAA failed my husband and I, this tow truck company came thru! My husband was waiting for over FOUR hours for AAA to dispatch someone when we decided to just call a tow company direct. They arrived within 15 minutes. The gentleman who showed up was courteous, polite and professional. Please consider using this company as they are very trustworthy and efficient. They got our newly purchased classic car home safe and sound. Highly highly recommend. Plus it's family owned which is just another reason to want to support them.

These guys are the best in the business with a can do attitude !!! I would only trust them to tow any of my vehicles !!!

scammers. fake reviews. do not waste your time with this company. i sold my car to a "we buy junk cars company" and this driver was supposed to give me my check and tow my car away. the transaction was made and i watched him take forever to get my car hooked up. he kept looking back at us the entire time. he drove off. five minutes after i walked back into my house, he stands on my front yard screaming my name. he tells me that he lost the title and that he can't tow my car off without it. i told him that was tough, the transaction was finalized, he needs to take the car off my property. i know for a fact he has my signed title in his truck and when i took a closer look at the check he gave me, it was fake. the police are involved. i now have a junk car without a title and he has my title to do god knows what with. stay away.

First time requesting a towing truck service to get my dad's car to return in the dealership since the battery is completely dead. This review was for some years back. I lost the business card and just happened to find it. I came down to get married in LA. My rental Suburban had a tire that blew out close to my destination. Roadside assistance was unable to help because someone stole the jack. Go figure. Check your rental for a jack and supplies. I was pulled over at a gas station and he came up and started talking to me. He was able to tow me to a shop he was familiar with and the shop was able to get me a new tire and get me back on the road. God bless this man Freddy. He did not try to rip me off or anything. He is well skilled and a very honest man. If anyone is reading this review, this is someone who deserves your business. I don't care what anyone says but this man alone saved the weekend of my wedding! read more

Only thing is, my garage is detached from the house, and is at the back of our lot down a narrow driveway. I also complicated things by wanting the car moved to another narrow driveway! I was so worried that it was not going to be possible, or that the car or my property line walls would be damaged. Freddy made it look easy, and my husband and I were not at one point concerned. ! My car didn't want to start. I called AAA who called Falcon towing who then called me and gave me an hour and 15 min ETA. An hour and 15 min later, no show, no call. When I called all I received was a bunch of excuses and an ETA for an additional 45 minutes. I had my 80 year old mother with me and it was cold out now. Frustrated I called Freddy and he gave me an ETA of 10-15 min. He show up in 10 min took care of business in a prompt an professional manner. His service was top notch so if you're looking for a tow I highly recommend you give this company a call. read more

I ran out of gas this morning at the light of a busy intersection in the city of Manhattan Beach, during morning rush-hour. A angel was sent to me out of nowhere and asked if I needed help. Freddy didn't hesitate to come to my rescue. Very quickly he hooked my car up and towed me to the nearest gas station. He was very professional and very pleasant. There was a shining light on him! I felt safe and saved. He never asked for anything in return. Just a good person, that's good at what he does, doing good! Might I add that his tow truck was clean and very spacious. Super responsive and professional! Yesterday, my wife had a minor accident and we had to have the car towed because one of the wheels got bent. We had it towed to our house because the body shop was closed already. The guy who towed our car to our house was from another towing place - not friendly, and he bumped our car with his tow truck too with no apology. Today, I called, and Freddy came within 15 minutes. Toyota told me it would be one hour and gave me the number of the towing company. After an hour fifteen I call Toyota because nobody has shown up and they say they guy is just around the corner. 20 minutes later and no show I decide to call the tow company. He says nobody has left the shop yet, all I ask him is "why did someone tell me they were right around the corner" and he starts screaming at me. I ask him to calm down and he threatens to not send a truck at all. I eventually calm him down and he sends a guy to get me. 1:40 on the side of the road and finally someone gets me. The driver says he's just been sitting at the shop and they haven't been busy at all. Apparently the owner was full of it. So he drives me to Toyota and they can't fix my belt for two days, unfortunately I have to leave that night. The very nice tow truck driver says we can go to their shop. I agree and go back there, avoiding the angry owner. The staff was very nice and let me even see what was going on as they fixed my belt. However, they did not properly install my belt. $230 and 100 miles later I realize my belt was not fully placed over a pulley, it then splits and rips through my crank seal, spilling oil all over my vehicle for the next 100 miles till I got home. At Toyota the next day they properly replaced the seal and belt for another $650. Long story short. Owner is a jerk, staff is very nice but messed up on a repair costing me an additional $650 in damages. I would advise going somewhere else.

I was highly dissatisfied with their customer service and how they couldn't get to me in a timely manner. After waiting for over an hour in the rain and being given the runaround I reached out to Freddy & Sons. They answered immediately, expressed their sympathy, and showed up within 10 minutes. Freddy & Son's Towing went above and beyond when no one else could help! My grandma and I were stuck trying to get my Cadillac towed to the auto shop, but every other company--including AAA--either couldn't or wouldn't do it. Freddy came through when we needed him the most and super fast! We hired him for two days, and he proved to be a man of his word--reliable, professional, and loyal.
