Wow, what a skillful guy Tony is. My electric SUV would turn on but not move or allow me to change gears because software froze so I had to tow it from my garage to the service center. Car wouldn't even go on neutral but Tony was able to skillfully add wheels under the car, back it out of the garage and move it through the drive way. Amazing work. Tony is the best! I really appreciate how professional and careful he was, making sure that no damage was done to the car during the process. I've had other cars towed before but this one was tricky -- it is an older model that is non-operable, long, heavy, and parked in a tough spot. On top of that, a couple of the wheels were "stuck" and didn't move much even when in neutral. He had to push, pull, lift, and put the car on dollies just to be able to move it. Once we got to the place to store the car, he again had to do a lot of maneuvering, lifting, and pushing because the space was at a difficult angle. This could have easily been at least a 2-3 person job but Tony did it all by myself. I'm so glad that he was the one who did the job.
