Nothing but insurance gougers. My daughter had an accident and Springville PD called this towing company(even though we told them we were on the phone w/ USAA & they were going to send one) They came like someone said free buffet and picked up the car. We tried to clear out the car that night but they refused citing it was late. The next day we tried , and they said we could the next day. So we finally were able to clear our belongings and told USAA they could come get the car now. Now they're not answering their phones holding the car ransom to get more money from the insurance company in storage fee's. How the police are affiliated with them i have no idea. if I could give less then one star I would. this company is dishonest and will try to get every penny they can out of you or your insurance. if you in an accident and they show up turn them away. my car has been at the shop for over a month and now I'm getting notices that my car will be sold at auction because it hasn't been picked up or payed for. Turns out this company has been investigated by the state of Utah regarding tow policy violations and is tied up in a lawsuit. By far the worst and most unprofessional service I have ever received. I had to get an emergency tow for my vehicle that broke down. I was told that it could only be taken to the impound yard and not my house. Even though I was willing to pay the amount necessary to tow to my house or even just move my car to the side of the road. I was charged storage fees and many other unnecessary things because of it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also had to pay them to move it to my house, and they kept giving me the runaround about what time they would show up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was told in 15 minutes that I'd be there countless times by them, and I ended up waiting 4 extra hours and wasted my entire day because they could not be honest or communicate properly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Once they finally showed up, they wanted to just drop it off in an unsafe location where it would be a road hazard and could potentially get hit by traffic. I had to fight them tooth and nail so that they would finally move it to a safe location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Freddy's towing is dishonest and extremely rude.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Getting a Triple A membership will save you all the headache and drama of dealing with people like this.
