These are nice people who seem to be good with kids. I would not recommend them for adults, however. I was originally told they could straighten my teeth in 12-18 months. I'm now approaching 3 years with them, and I still have two turned teeth and a new big gap. They are trying to fix remaining issues using Invisalign, but the process has been very long and it isn't working. I regret my decision not to pursue treatment with practitioner who recommended traditional braces. read more

I went in because a dentist told me that the bonding was loose on my permanent retainer. Dr. Fritz said that the bonding is not loose and I can likely keep the retainer for another few years before it would need to be replaced. I had gone in asking for a replacement, but he said honesty is the best policy and frankly, this does not need replacement unless you'd really like it done. He did not charge me anything for examining the teeth and the advice - he only would have charged for the replacement, which he himself counseled was not necessary. I appreciate a professional who is clearly not up-selling. He has real professional ethics and puts patient care first. The staff were also extremely friendly, kind and helpful. Dr. Fritz is a WONDERFUL orthodontist. He is not only very competent and GOOD at what he does, but is also incredibly friendly and I imagine, easy for anyone to interact with in general. Just a great Orthodontist. My 13 yo daughter is just about finished and we just started with my 8 yo son last month. Dr. Fritz is great with the kids and his office staff has always been professional and courteous. And when something goes wrong with a wire or bracket at the worst possible time, Dr. Fritz will always somehow find a way to slip you in to get it fixed. If you are looking for an orthodontist for braces or a more serious/complicated condition involving your teeth (my family has experienced both) Dr. Fritz is without question the best choice. The place is run like a factory. Too many patients, and Dr. Fritz spends hardly any time with my child. A wave, a hello, and then he is gone. His assistants (who have no training whatsoever in health care) do almost everything. I see him for about thirty seconds each visit. I really regret signing up with him. read more
