I purchased a replacement wig for over $1800 while waiting for the cyber hair in Oct of 2024 and the wig lasted less than a month. Hair in front fell out. I purchase a another wig at a discounted price of over $1400 to replace the $1800 wig and I am still waiting for it. I was fitted twice for the cyber hair cap and the cap did not fit at all - measurements Shantan took were inaccurate. I have waited months for the caps only to be disappointed because the cap does not come close to fitting my head. I am out over $6000 and still no wigs. Shantan Belton has not delivered the products she promised. She confirmed in the presence of my two sisters I would get the cyber hair in 4 months. She promised the replacement wig in 4 weeks in April. I am still waiting. Last month I was promised the replacement wig and the cyber cap for fitting by the end of August. Shantan continues to provide excuses as to why I am still waiting on my wigs. She has not responded to my last inquiry. I absolutely DO NOT Recommend this business.

Heres the update I am sadden and extremely disappointed in my Experiences at this store. I intentionally shop black owned! It is my Preference to support my people. Customer service is great typically across associates however, I noticed different managerial styles in my 3-4 visits to to this establishment. When one manager/ associate is there she chats with you, helps, leads you to product etc, then goes about her business. On the other hand each shopping experience with manager 2, after being greeted, I'm followed down each isle, by whomever the secondary employee is at the time. Like literally hovered around me while shopping with arms folded. I mean literally, I see her in my peripheral, just standing there. If i were to bend down a pick up something I'd bump her It's EXTREMELY uncomfortable!! I understand asset protection but this is not the best method at all. I will not be giving any more of my hard earn money to this type of establishment.
