However, in 2 appointments I never ever saw Dr. Wagner. Was always treated by his dental assistant. On the 2nd appointment, I arrived about 20 minutes early before my 8 AM appointment time. I didn't see Mr. Wagner's Dental Assistant until around 9-9:15AM. Other customers that came in after me were admitted before me to either Dr. Wagner or his assistant(s)? The staff was so welcoming and the dentist was extremely kind with great bedside manner. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable.
