My youngest daughter spoke very highly of Radiant Wellness after a few sessions, and wanted me to go as well, so she bought me a gift certificate. After using the gift certificate for my first session, i agreed with my daughter's assessment, then went on to buy additional sessions. Each session with Zaida has been great - but today's session was exceptional! Six days ago, something happened in my lower back (not quite sure what it was), and i found myself having trouble standing and sitting. I stretched, iced, and took motrin, but there as no relief. It actually got worse, as it soon became laboring to even sit down. Then this afternoon I went to see Zaida and asked her to focus today's session on my lower back. When our session was done, I was able to sit and stand without pain. I was beyond happy , I was elated. The reason I felt this way is because 5 years ago I had back surgery, and this unrelenting pain made me think that the original problem was returning. So when she was able to resolve my issue, needless to say that I was quite happy. I'm not trying to say that Zaida is some sort of miracle worker or healer - so please don't interpret my remarks as such. What i do want to make abundantly clear though is that she is skilled in her craft, and she's always been very effective at addressing the issues i bring to her. I highly recommend her. Exceptional massage service! Jose is very knowledgable. He will walk you through every step of the massage, communicating with you throughout the session to ensure you're doing fine all while figuring out what areas need to be worked on. I've come in for lower back pain, as well as for nerve pain in my arms and wrist. Seriously, it's an investment that can change the way you feel drastically. This was my first visit to Radiant Wellness Massage. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of skill, personalized attention, and positive energy from start to finish. I felt welcomed and appreciated. However, more than that, my body/spirit was in a euphoria when I left. Hands down, one of the BEST massages I've ever had. With a severely arthritic hope, I am always looking for ways to stretch and strengthen muscles in that area. My other leg gets tight from trying to compensate for the side with the bad hip. I also have had a painful trapezius muscle in my shoulder from carrying bags and stressing that area. The facility is attractive, inviting, and clean. My massage therapist, Zaida, was the epitome of professional and personable. She listened carefully to the issues I was experiencing, asking pertinent follow-up questions. The massage targeted the issues I had, and she demonstrated activities I could do at home to help alleviate some of these issues as well. During the entire process I never felt as though she was rushing to get to another client and yet she completed the massage in the allotted time.
