They were gracious, professional, kind, thoughtful, compassionate, expedient and were not even the slightest bit condescending towards me during one of the most embarrassing experiences of my life. As a matter of fact, as they were walking me though the whole process and clarifying as we went, they were both very reassuring that this would NOT be the end of the world for either of us, that I should absolutely NOT equate myself to the decisions of those I love, and that opinions held by other people in our little busy-body small-town are NOT definitive of our personal character. People make mistakes, were only human. It truly renewed my spirit to have had the time to speak with them and I am eternally grateful. It was like having a super supportive family member or very close friend. It was a ton of paperwork and the entire process took several hours to complete...although from my research that seems to be the norm, and also perhaps my situation in particular was just a pain and more involved than most...but when I tell you the folks are gold, I won't do business else where and they have got my recommendation for life.
