First time taking my dog here and will most definitely be the last of i could give this place 0…read morestarts i definitely would , i have been trying out different groomers for my dog for a few of her grooming's now but i have never experienced what i have with this location ... my dog was booked for a appointment weeks in advance for a full grooming service at 8:30 am , now i understand that there is no set timing on how long it takes to groom a dog but please keep in mind my dog is very tiny and barely 50lbs, they ended up taking over 6 WHOLE HOURS to groom my dog for a 8:30AM appointment my poor baby had not eaten for that whole time, i ended up picking her up at about close to 3:00pm that day. I have brought to her to multiple groomers since her last permanent groomer and i have never had any of them take such a large amount of time to groom her like this on top of it all she was trimmed very unevenly and over all horribly , She also tends to get Tear stains in the eye which usually get removed by the groomer as much as they can and i got her back with her eyes pretty much the same very dark and stained not much done to them, overall a very unpleasant experience and for the price that was paid ($100.00) it was definitely NOT worth it.Won't be retuning or recommending anyone here in the future. ****HAD TO UPDATE MY REVIEW BECAUSE I CAN NOT RESPOND TO THE OWNERS COMMENT below******* ... but there is absolutely no excuse on why a dog should take 6 hours to groomed and i was the one who called you around about 2:15 that afternoon you told me Chanel would have been ready in 45 minutes after our call at 2:15 so it was not that that's when i could make it there it's because that's what was told to me over the phone at that time . I did not get a call back so i made my way there on my own terms being that she had already been there WELL OVER 5 hours it could have been from 8:30-2:00 or 8:30-3:00 does not make any more of a difference from the fact that you took so long with my dog for something i could have done at my home with a pair of house scissors and a shaver and as for the part where you said my dog was dropped off last????.. your location opens at 7:30 am so how is a 8:30 am appointment your last appointment of the day it makes absolutely no sense ? That is something that you should take accountability for as a owner to make sure your groomers aren't over booking their clients my mom was 100% unaware that this would take 5+ hours because if that was the case we wouldn't have called as many times as we did to check up on her & we most likely wouldn't have brought her to you at all & she was also unaware of the fact that you were going to shave her she discusses a trimming with you and another thing My mom came in at 12:00pm to pick up Chanel and you never said anything about it taking an extra 4 HOURS your professionalism is terrible take some accountability because after reading through half of your reviews I'm clearly not the first or the last person this is going to happen to, she has gone to PROFESSIONAL places with more dogs and they have done way better work and taken way less time with her , at the end of the day the price does not matter to me it's the quality and you took hours with my dog to make her look like a shaved rat with no type of effort to even clean her tear stains something that every other groomer i have taken her to to does with no complaints or EXCUSES do better Angela because i don't see your business lasting much longer i will make sure to tell everyone i know about your professionalism it's disgusting clearly your the one who cares only about the money in this situation and on top of it all trying to make your clients look like liars isn't a good look either again take some accountability.

My dog has been on the schedule for Tuesdays and Fridays now for YEARS and loved going here. Staff have always been pleasant and friendly up until today. We brought our dog in and the woman told us that he cant come in as he is not on the schedule. We told her that he has always been on the schedule for Tuesdays and Fridays but she was yelling and aurguing and then told us to get out and she will refund our monthly membership. Which she did within minutes. WTF! Not sure what happened here as it is all so random and bizarre. We will finding a new local daycare for our pup.

I want to thank and acknowledge each of the trainers (especially Joe) for the 7 week training and…read moreexperience my two, 5 year old pitbulls received. My dogs were loved, bonded with, and cared for while getting incredible training. They allowed my dogs to sleep together at night which made me feel extra comforted while they were away. I didn't know what to expect when they started and being without your dogs for that long of a time requires a lot of trust. There was so much care put into communicating with me during their time away, including occasional video updates showing me how they were progressing. I would say my dogs were pretty well behaved before going to training, but theres a lot of prejudice in the world against pitbulls. Thanks to Joe and his team I now have the confidence and comfortability going to public parks, beaches and even being in my own yard knowing that when I call they will come. They were trained to walk on and off leash and to respond to commands necessary. They came back calmer, their coats were shinier and looking healthier than ever. Not only were the dogs given the training, but Joe then took the time and care to ensure I was ready to bring them home and keep the work going. He has taken many phone calls from me with questions and continues to work with both myself, family members and my dogs post the 7 week training. I can't say enough how grateful I am for how they have cared for my dogs. I highly recommend K9 to anyone who needs boarding or training.

I toured All Dogs Gym because I was looking for a daycare where my dogs could spend the day…read moresocializing and playing with other dogs. The facility was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, I was very surprised when I asked what a typical full daycare day actually looks like. I was told the dogs play for about 1 1/2 hours in the morning, are then crated for approximately 3 hours, play another 1 1/2 hours in the afternoon, and are then crated for another 3 hours. If they're still there around 5:00 p.m., they're taken outside for a potty break before pickup. For me, that was shocking. I completely understand that dogs need rest periods, but I wasn't expecting that the majority of a full daycare day would be spent in a crate. My dogs are rarely crated at home, so this wasn't the right environment for them, especially considering the cost. I'm sharing this because I think it's an important question that many people may not think to ask. Before enrolling your dog, ask exactly what a full daycare day consists of and how much time your dog will actually be playing versus being crated. That information made my decision immediately, and I chose not to leave my dogs there.
