Even in her last week before crossing the rainbow bridge, the Spoiled staff welcomed her with open arms to help ease my mind and make sure she was never alone, and checked on my family too. Now, my sassy, energetic pup goes there a few days a week and she gets the same love and care that Lola had gotten. The staff there is amazing. They love our dogs like we love them! When our dachshund had a back injury and required bed rest in a crate, they went out of there way to make sure she had everything she needed to be comfortable. They do fun activities not only for the dogs but for the dog owners! The best part of their services is that when you board your dogs overnight there are no crates and the employees actually sleep in the room with the dogs. My mini dachsund, Gunner, has been coming here for almost a year and we could not be more happy with the service Jill and her team provide. My dog has tons and tons of energy, so we love that he has a fun, safe, happy place to go and play all day. As soon as we get off the exit, he knows where we are and starts getting excited and as soon as we get inside he bolts for the door without even a glance back at me. By the end of the day, he is so exhausted and worn out, he immediately passes out in the car. Due to our busy schedules he goes about 2-3 times a week and I honestly wish he could go more! The girls are all super nice and attentive and always make it a point to fill me in on his day. It's a little expensive, but is definitely worth it to us! Also, we live in Stoneham, so while Danvers isn't exactly close for us, we love it there so much we'll never look elsewhere for a doggy daycare. This place is the BEST! read more

Prior to coming to Spoiled Rotten I had taken my overly anxious Pomeranian Snow to local daycare a few times a week; Snow would come home wet, fur all crazy, dirty and absolutely stinky. After a few times of asking why she was returned like this with no real explanation I started to explore my other options. I came across the website for Spoiled Rotten Doggy Daycare and was immediately drawn into the fact that they had a "Tiny Tykes Section". I was so happy to know that I could bring Snow there and she could play with smaller dogs her size and be closely monitored and even bring a toy or blanket to remind her of home because of her anxiety. I called to setup my behavioral evaluation and was pleasantly greeted and was told to bring her down for whenever it worked in my schedule - which was a godsend! They accommodate you and your schedule!! Snow ended up staying all day and didn't even need to stay in the tiny tykes section because she was comfortable with all the staff and dogs. Snow now goes a few times a week and loves it there! With the consistently of her new friends and fun, reliable staff at Spoiled Rotten her anxiety and socialization skills has improved. I can logon to my Facebook and see daily pictures and even videos of Snow and all the dogs playing and know she is having a blast! Spoiled Rotten is always going above and beyond for their dogs with just a few mentions of kiddie pools in the hot summers, Halloween Costume contests, and food drives for homeless pets. Our dog "Buddy" Started going here part time and is now a full timer at Spoiled Rotten. The name says it all. The dogs are treated very well and . All the women who work there are so nice and really seem to care about the dogs. When I say to "Buddy do you want to go to daycare" his head perks up and looks to me very excited. I never thought I would be the kind of dog owner who would put my dog in "daycare" but he is always so happy to go and is very well socialized with other dogs now. I boarded my dog here for three days during a wedding weekend. The staff was friendly and attentive to his feeding and sleeping schedule. He seemed to have a blast and was exhausted when we picked him up! I would recommend spoiled rotten and my dog will definitely be returning. I brought my Bagel (Bassett/Beagle) to Spoiled Rotten for the month of July. She was always wagging when she was dropped off and dead tired when she got home! She's aging and has an ACL tear that can't be fixed for a couple of months, so I was concerned about her playing too rough. I made to sure to let them know about her injury and that she is known to bounce between the big dog area and the small dog area. Sometimes when I picked her up she was in the big dog area and sometimes she was in the small dog area. To me, this means that they are not just telling me what I want to hear...that they are actually paying attention to my dog's needs! She usually doesn't get too playful when she is just with us, but they had some great stories about things she did that were such a throwback to her puppy days. Their prices are really reasonable...the best I could find in the area. After visiting them for the first time I was very confident that they would take great care of my dog...and I was right! Wow! We have never boarded any our our pets before, so were very apprehensive to do so. But, we have babies on the way and decided to go away for the weekend without the pups. I will bring them there ANYTIME! In fact, plan on bringing them in once in a while just so they can have fun! We picked them up today - they had clipped their nails, they smelled great, were in great spirits and were tuckered out pretty much all day! Pretty sure those people are working some kind of magic! Also, staff COULD NOT be nicer, more welcoming or more reassuring. I called once a day to make sure they were behaving and was given a full report and told to call anytime. Spoiled Rotten Doggy Daycare is the best! We are so thrilled with the continued excellent care for our little girl-pomeranian. She goes several times per week for full days, and comes home happy and tired from playing with all her friends! This place is great. My dog is always exhausted when she gets in the car to come home. She used to be shy and scared of other dogs and now she's very social. The owner and the other girls that work there all know her name and always tell me how she was when I come to pick her up. Our 5 month old puppy was seriously injured at spoiled rotten 1 week ago today- his eye popped out as a result of being bitten in the face. This was a result of dogs from the same household being fed side by side, and the older dog resource guarding. A mistake that happens in a split second, and could happen to the most seasoned animal behaviorist. The abomination comes in when Jill the owner NEVER calls once to check on the dog- or dogs. To say how sorry she is for the accident to have occurred in the first place. I never even thought to ask for her to reimburse us for the over $1,000 in vet bills. (a friend suggested it) Today little Hugo's stitches came out. Still not sure if his vision will return. Shame on Jill for being an irresponsible business owner and blatantly not caring----I guess our dogs are just $$$, and cash is cash. I really wish the Mass ASPCA would get involved in and force a licensing and training process on these Doggy Day cares. Anyone with a dog can open up a store front. Our pets are a little more important than dropping off a shirt for dry cleaning. And they can't exactly tell us if something goes wrong. We brought our 1 year old dog there last winter. He was not supposed to be with bigger dogs, but we got a call one day that he was attacked by a "chihuahua" when we picked him up from spoiled rotten he looks like he had been picked up and dragged around by a dog, a lot bigger than a chihuahua. After multiple phone calls and requests to see the dog, we were told it was not a chihuahua, but they couldn't tell us what kind of dog it was. Our dog suffered multiple injuries that ended up requiring 2 surgeries totaling over $4,000. Thankfully the pet hospital in Woburn is the best at what they do and were able to save our dog. But a little more supervision and responsibility at spoiled rotten could have prevented this. We were also told that our dog had gone outside, witnessed by one of the employees. That employee said that when she looked he was being carried back in, in the mouth of that said "chihuahua" bottom line. Do not bring your dog here! read more
