Short shorts... (pictures coming soon). My favorite part of the whole wardrobe makeover was the handmade necklace by the owner herself! What a sweet and helpful lady. She was personable, friendly and helped me put myself together nicely. Apparently she has two shops, one here and one on South Beach. I love her style when it comes to her selection of merchandise she sells. I also love the jewelry she makes! Would I return? Oh yes, but not as often as I would like, otherwise I would break the bank!!

And has great sandals all flat, from gladiators to t-straps and perfectly low key but some have just enough sparkle to dress up a night time look. The store is owned by a local transplant from Italy Sabrina Crippa. She also designs the TAJ by Sabrina line which is sold along with some of the most popular and feminine boutique labels around. The staff here is charming and helpful and they fit in perfectly with the store's casually elegant vibe. This store is great for finding that perfect dress or cover-up to wear to all those posh parties from pool decks on rooftops to penthouses with ocean views. And actually the house brand TAJ by Sabrina is sold at all jet set hot spots around the world from St. Tropez to St. Barths but Miami is home to this hotness. ;)

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour skirt online and emailed immediately--no reply. I then ordered the correct one, assuming I could return the other. When both skirts arrived, neither was suitable, so I made the effort to visit the store in person--just one week after major surgery. I was told there were no refunds, only exchanges. The manager was polite and tried to help me find alternatives, and I eventually decided to keep one skirt. However, I was accidentally charged for it a second time--bringing my total spend to over $1,000. I immediately contacted the manager (the store had just closed), who acknowledged the error and gave me her mobile number to resolve it. What followed was a two-month back-and-forth of broken promises and delays. Eventually, they claimed the refund had been processed, but it never reached me. I even provided proof via my bank statements. They then refused to help further, telling me to "take it up with my bank." I only just received the refund--four months later. To make matters worse, a $100 t-shirt I exchanged for discoloured after the first wash. Jessie Boutique wouldn't help, and I had to go directly to the manufacturer, who thankfully resolved the issue right away. This store takes no accountability for their mistakes and offers shockingly poor customer service. A high-end price point should come with high standards. Sadly, that's not the case here.

Otherwise I'd be given a store credit to use on more clothes that probably won't even fit even though we were leaving the US the next day!!!! Clothes look cheap and very poor quality, my daughter did buy some of the items she had managed to try over her clothes but put back the others, other daughter put over $250 of items she wanted to buy back on the shelves, how does this shop stay trading if they are happy to throw customers out of the shop rather than sell the clothes!!!! AVOID!!!!!!

I love dressing green, so naturally I had to stop in here and check it out! The owner carries Carilyn Vaile's green line, which is an amazing, versatile, easy-to-wear line of basics. It very much exhibits that laid-back California style, but is fun: pants that turn into a jumper, bubble shorts, dresses. They also carry an accessories line called Mad Imports, which is designed by women's co-ops in Madagascar, and a denim line called Plan B, which uses chemical-free materials. They still will carry non green lines such as Voom, Fighting Eel, and Geren Ford. When in Miami, definitely stop by!
