After I called them to confirm they received emails and asked them to call me when they got emails they said "No, they were too busy". Seamus didn't start grooming until he was 12 or 13, he is now 14. His first b experience was awful at a place in another state. One would expect he would exhibit much trepidation at his next groomer. He always leaves his session not only beautifully groomed but in great spirits. Needless to say I highly recommend Dawn.
