The item was apparently lost at some point in transit, causing quite a delay for me. After finally tracking it down I was connected to someone here named Sue who told me that, while they had the merchandise (and had been in possession of it for some time) they were not going to deliver it to me anytime soon. She was very glib and insulting, which, after an hour of being transferred around, was more than merely just insulting, it was absolutely unforgivable. When I stated that delivering my furniture was not optional, that they had been hired to do it and I expected it delivered, she laughed. When I then said I was cancelling the order and filing a complaint with my retailer (her customer) she became extremely belligerent. I then had to contact the service department of my retailer and have them call to demand delivery of my purchase. My furniture did, finally, arrive (15 days after the original delivery date) and, of course, it was damaged. The gentlemen who delivered it were very nice and accommodating, especially given that their instructions, from Sue no doubt, were to leave $2k worth of merchandise on my doorstep. I paid the original retailer for "white glove delivery." It's a very good thing that I refused to sign until opening the package so they could document the damages. I was assured that someone would come to make repairs, or replace the items. We'll see. That's the service I got from this business. I would not do business with again.

I first called about my backyard wooden gate. I have a "kitchen door" type gate which allows me to open the top, put the garbage bag into the can in the alley for Friday pickup and not let the dogs out. It was beginning to sag and I was afraid I would have to have it replaced. The owner, Micah, looked it over and said he thought it just needed to be secured. He worked on the hinges and added a bolt to the bottom gate to support it and keep it level. He noticed that some of the nails in wooden fence itself were coming out and went back and secured them as well. I was very pleased with work he did. Micah is willing to do what you need -- a big job or just a small one! Since then, Ancient Path Handyman Services LLC have helped me with my back door, the gutters and a few other things. They get the highest rating from me. I don't think you can get better quality and value from anyone else!

I was even able to add the lock box after I forgot to tell them when I initially ordered. They told me it would take 5 months, but it only took 3! They scheduled quickly and install was less than 2 hours. They installed it exactly where I wanted it, and it looks great! I can even still park my car in the garage.

My tiny storage unit was supposed to be $60 according to THEIR sign on their building, it was $90... plus insurance which made it over $110 a month for a 6x10. Super expensive. NOT ONLY THAT but most importantly it is supposed to be climate controlled and it isn't. Whatever the temp is outside is what it is inside. My stuff got mold on it even though we paid for inside climate controlled storage. There is also rat droppings and dead cockroaches everywhere so it is obvious they have a pest problem.
