I'm done with Walgreens. I've been with Walgreens since I was in my teens. No more since they allow their staff to belittle the customers and don't take it seriously. Shame on Walgreens. The pharmacy team has changed a bit over the years as CVS made (not great) changes to their employee policies, which stinks because every team I've interacted with has been great. (Shout out to Wes!) As a customer who is there about every week or two, I feel appreciated and listened to and I like that Diane (one of the current Pharmacists) remembers me. The staff is always friendly and efficient without making me feel like I'm being rushed. Diane has also been helpful when I have questions about OTC medications like antacids or cold medicine. I trust this team and at this point I don't plan on going anywhere else.

The Pharmacist actually knows who I am when I come in and is always willing to answer any questions I have, even about managing side effects I'm experiencing. The entire staff has always been friendly and returns calls quickly. It feels more like a small town local pharmacy than a corporate retail chain. I would recommend using them.
