Took over to Les Schwab across the street, and they inspected the truck. Les Schwab said the shocks were definetely not leaking and that the boots were in great shape. I firmly believe they get a commission if they sell. Also after fixing my water pump, I get home and the check engine light comes on. Took it back only for them to tell me that 3 of my spark plugs are loose. They wanted to also charge me to fix this, but fortunately it was still under their warranty that I had previously done with them. I have spent over 15k with these guys in the past 5 years. I will never take our family cars here again. I left a review for Kyle the owner but never received any message or call from him. In ending, instead of being called Christain brothers, it should be called fraud brothers, because that is exactly what they are doing to consumers.

When they finished the service they told me my total was $90 with the coupon applied... so you're telling me the total was $130! BS! I got my receipt and they supposively took off only $28 which still means that my real total would've been $118... but I paid $130 between the Groupon and the service. Avoid going here at all costs! It really sucks being scammed because I'm a young girl.

It needed a new camshaft and rockers arms on one cylinder head. Runs great now. No fault codes. They refused to partially refund the repair they did nothing. Variable valve lift and variable valve timing (cam phaser) are completely unrelated mechanical systems. It never had a cam phase fault, but that's the part they replaced. They lost a customer for life.

This is unusual because it's never leaked in the past. It only has 42k miles on it. I decided I'd better check the oil level since some had obviously leaked out. The dipstick showed that the oil level was about 1/2" above the "full" mark, AFTER leaking maybe a half pint on the garage floor. Apparently the tech overfilled the crankcase when it was serviced. So, now I guess I get to deal with a leaking rear main seal thanks to the carelessness of Grease Monkey. There's also black grease on the driver's side carpet from their boots. These guys used to be conscientious and reasonably priced. I don't think they're any better than Walmart's Tire and Lube Center nowadays. I'm not going back to Grease Monkey.
