The clean towels weren't damp or good quality, and they pretty much spread the dirt around instead of wiping it up. I eventually got tired of being there and found a self serve car wash in Denver on my way home to finish rinsing my rims/tires/and wheel wells. I got about 3 pros but they weren't for the actual wash itself. 1) Great views of the mountains 2) Attendant was super nice and asked if I wanted free dash wipes and a ice scraper with my purchase as well 3) They have a machine that you can put your floor mats in and it washes them for you. Overall, I wouldn't go back to this car wash with so many other better options available that feel more like the total package. You do not get your value here. Update from owners response - I guess they are aware of how mediocre their car wash is if they have customers that frequent the place running it through a second time. I can name so many other places that do it right the first time, which should be the standard. Also, there was not dirt/mud build up over time, that was a same day issue. Water from the car wash didn't even touch the rims/tires/wheel wells either, waste of money in my opinion. Don't get shafted by this place. I know better now myself.

About a month or two ago, the point of sales system stopped accepting any ENT credit union cards, as far as I can tell. I can understand wanting to avoid the credit processing fee, but with ENT being a local credit union, I would've imagined that would be compatible. I have stood at each of the four bays trying to pay and swiping my debit and credit cards, both of which have worked for me for years, upwards of 50 times with no avail and building frustration. Now that I am unable to pay for a car wash unless I have over $10 of cash on me (which even for me is rare working in the ATM industry) I cannot use this car wash and am forced to go to a different self wash, with the nearest one now being over 12 miles away. I may stop in on occasion to see if this has been resolved, but it is unlikely I'll be returning with any consistent frequency. The prior ten years of a convenient and well maintained car wash was nice, but I can't see myself continuing with the lack of convenience and support for their customers.
