I ended up having to come back near the end of the day for a Brazilian because my original place had canceled on me. I got Michelle again. Like I mentioned she was very thorough. There's no double dipping here either! It's not something I expected anyways, since the spa is so clean and well kept. Serene music is played throughout the spa and in each room. It is originally $299 but they offered it to me for $99 as my initial facial. I got this in additional to the aqua glow facial. The aqua glow facial included face steamer and face sheet mask with oxygen. It did not include extraction (perhaps because it's their promo facial). The IPL facial was about 30 minutes and the treatment was painless and only mildly uncomfortable. My skin seems slightly less red but I think a few more session is needed to see better results. The spa is located in the basement floor of the Sheraton hotel. The staff were all very friendly. They offer membership which is $158 a month (12 month contract) but you get a free facial every month and discounted pricing from their menu.

I ended up getting tags removed from my face as a starting point which was a goal I had for a long time. Since the machine was not available when I was there for about an hour they gave me a beautiful free service to try which was a facial. And after my tags gave me tips and advice on how to do recover on the skin once home and a mini mask to hydrate after the experience. The spa is very clean and nicely designed rooms and the staff are very customer focused. So helpful and very good.

After I received my injections, I waited a month with no visible result what so ever. Mind you, I know how much of a significant difference this procedure makes for my jaw line, as I severely grind my teeth at night and tend to overproduce my masseter muscle. Hence why I get the injection every 8 months or so. I don't know if the injector was not experienced or if the Botox was mixed with saline water to compensate for the promotional pricing but I would never go back here again.

The technicians were not recording or reading my profile to see my laser progress. I gave up on the remainder of my treatment. Did not get good results with laser.
