I went last week to this store, wanted to buy a pullover. Then lady in the shop told me, we can pick a T-shirt and size and pick the design and they will print. The lady was nice and answered all my questions, but there are so many designs all over place, it's really tough to pick one, if you don't know what you want. I searched for hulk, but dint find one and asked the lady and first she told she doesn't have and even I dint see but later she remembered, she may have one and it was above the counter, you can't easily find it. This is a cool little place right off the beach. It reminds me of those shops I used to see down the Jersey shore where you can get any shirt made up in any color in five minutes or less. That was years ago, but somehow thise shops are still around. Prices have gone up, but if you want your Seaside merchandise, this is probably the place to go to. We were passing by and there were some sweatshirts for sale. The wind was whipping and for $14.95, I couldn't pass up a large red sweatshirt that said SSOR (Seaside Oregon) in MASH style lettering in yellow. Worked for me. I was gonna pick up something for the kiddo, but it would have cost me more than what I was geting, seemed a bit askew for me. So I passed. read more

Went there to get a tourist seaside shirt and was greatly surprised. The shop is a lot bigger than it looks like from the outside. If you don't see the size or color you want in a t-shirt or hoodie they will make it for you really fast like less than a minute. My boyfriend my family and i went to seaside Oregon for a family trip, I wanted to support this company because i saw all of their black lives matter shirts. I bought 2 pairs of sweatpants from there and we would browse to see if there was anything else we would like to buy as we are indecisive. I had to exchange my sweats for a bigger size because i bought a size too small. When i went there they said they could only exchange the ones that weren't custom printed which i was fine with i had made a mistake and grabbed the wrong sweats, my boyfriend asked if we could switch it for the right ones the employee started being rude to him so i said it was fine the manager let me switch it though he watched me try on the right ones to make sure they fit and then told me i could go ahead and take those. We gave him the other sweats and told him thank you and he watched us walk out. We went there again to browse because i was looking for a tye dye sweatshirt we also browsed at the masks but my boyfriend had already bought one at sharkys. I was still thinking so we left with my parents. Later that day we came back and my boyfriend was gonna buy me a tye dye sweatshirt and the manager came to us in the MIDDLE OF THE STORE(which is illegal) and told us we were stealing which we never did. He said my boyfriend stole 3 masks and said i stole 2 pairs of sweats while i was exchanging sweats. Which my boyfriend never even picked any of the masks up so that didnt add up and when i was exchanging my sweats they were watching us the whole time and helping us the whole time so when would i have had times to steal sweats? We tried explaining we didnt steal and he would speak over us. My boyfriend has ptsd and they were cornering us so it started setting him off. One of the employees told us to leave when we tried to leave the manager blocked us and got in my boyfriends face. He also said he was gonna call the cops when he had no proof (also illegal). Then when the employee told us to leave again the manager got in my boyfriends face and started laying his hands on my boyfriend. It led to a physical altercation and he started following us up the boardwalk. This store is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you can go anywhere else i suggest you do. Really horrible customer service. Printed our custom $30 print on an inside out shirt even after I asked him to check that it was the right way. Then they didn't have another in the same color/size to make a new one. They tried to get me to get another color (like really pushed it on me even after I said no like 5 times, asked me to try on a large when I was purchasing an X-Small) The point was to have matching t-shirts with my friend, same color. Then didn't even offer me a discount when I said I would take the inside out t-shirt that they had messed up on, in all honesty they should have given me it for free after screwing up. Even before the shirt was made, the "artist" seemed to be very offended that I wanted to have the letters in a different order than I had originally wanted. The artist wasn't in when we were there either so there was a good 3 hour delay from when we ordered till when we picked up... My niece bought a hoodie from Freedom USA two weeks ago for $35.00. I washed it inside out on the gentle cycle. It faded quite a bit, and had seams coming out. I brought it back to Freedom USA yesterday to talk with the manager. The manager told me he couldn't do anything about it, even though the front sign only says, "No refunds." It doesn't say, "No exchanges." I was so frustrated! I would not recommend this store at all! The prices are way too high, and the quality and customer service is horrible!! read more

We went in to get a jacket that says Seaside. If my daughter didn't love the jacket so much, I would have just walked straight out. The guy who was running the place was just weird and not very friendly. The jacket we picked out has a sticky zipper too. read more

Its a T-shirt shop so whats to review but honestly while the place does have some cool shirts that you could probably find on amazon for the same price its nice to find it all in one place. Sadly their selection while large was mostly out of stock. Most designs with the exception of seasonal ones were not available. I didn't ask why but I can only assume they are waiting for the tourist season to hit. The prices are rather expensive for such cheap shirts and its makes me question the inflation since the worker at the store ended up taking 50% off of the shirt so we would buy it since it was close to closing time. Overall its a neat shop for some oddities but I find no reason to shop here when I could order online for a cheaper price. read more

Really cool merchandise inside, but horrifying customer service. I went in with my friend during a very slow time of day, so we were the only ones in the store. We were looking for star wars merch as a souvenir for our friend back home. The only employee in the store was immediately rude and disrespectful for no reason, giving us sarcastic comments and immature jokes. He acted like he couldn't believe we were actually asking him to do anything. My friend and I are both very shy and polite people, so we didn't do anything to warrant this very poor attitude, and chose not to say anything. After we purchased the first shirt I decided I wanted one I'd seen in the window. As it didn't have a number on it, I specifically described it. They showed me a similar design, but with a different phrase at the bottom. They insisted that it was the same as the one outside, rolling their eyes and trying to make me feel like I was being an idiot and wasting all their valuable time. After I insisted it wasn't the same, another employee went outside to check it, and told me that it was the same. Having a very bad social anxiety disorder and tired of feeling belittled and picked on I begrudgingly said okay and got the shirt so I could leave. After we left, my friend had us check the shirt in the window. The pattern was in fact DIFFERENT than the one they gave me. Obviously the employee that checked it was illiterate, as they couldn't tell the difference between "drug offences", and "Illegal substance abuse". My friend went back in to show them their mistake. They didn't even apologize let alone offer to correct it. They only pointed us in the direction of another shop where I could get the right pattern. I lost $25 because of their mistake, and am now stuck with a ruined day and a t-shirt I don't even want anymore. I don't like to be mean, but the employees were rude, disrespectful, more than unhelpful, dumb, and nasty. I will NOT come here ever again. read more

I was in here and I bought a shirt from these people. Shirt is $20 supposedly. Lady ask me if I want to put on wax for $4.99 I said no thank you. Lady says she will for free put on wax so it's not going to crack the graphic on the shirt. I said it's okay, this is fine if for free. Then she charge me $24.99 for my $20 shirt. It's OR so no tax yeah? She lied and charge me for wax job. Never I will come to this place again. read more

My husband and I were in Seaside for our honeymoon. We had went into Freedom USA because my husband forgot a sweatshirt and he wanted to buy a hoodie. He picked a design that had a print supporting law enforcement and it seemed the entire atmosphere changed. Not that it was exactly friendly to begin with, the representatives didn't look you in the eyes when they talked to you and spoke very rudely. All of this, including the fact that their t shirt designs can be found in numerous shops up and down Broadway for the same price, could have been over looked, but, when checking out he snatched my card from me and when returning it he threw it across the counter. He also tossed the receipt and pen at me. Not only is this unprofessional but the manner in which he dealt with my husband and I wasn't playful or lighthearted it was downright rude and frankly, condescending. Every time my husband (very friendly, personable) would try to start friendly conversation with the clerk, the clerk simply replied, "yep". By the time the transaction was done, I had to leave the store because I was fuming. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Service, representatives, even the "carbon copied" merchandise. I did not get the representatives name he was not wearing a name tag. The only way I can describe him (not insulting just matter of fact) he was obese male with long hair. read more
