I am so happy that this company was patient with me and was willing to work with me from New York to find me my dream home in Georgia. My son recently(last week) was attempting to rent an apartment from the chase ridge apartments located at 8265 Highway 85, Riverdale, GA 30274. Ms. Q as she called herself refused to give him a business card and said she does not have any, clue number 1. Ms. Q after taking a deposit from my son a month earlier after many calls from him would not allow my son to see the apartment, until Sept 1st, the same day of move in. After, seeing the apartment, it was determined it was not right for him. We set down to discuss getting the deposit back and she went into a rage, screaming at the top of voice, saying things which she knew were not true and because I his mother asked questions, she asked me to leave and I did not. I have never seem such a display toward a potential client. Ms. Que, Proceeded to ask my son if you do not move in here where was he going to go. I just told her I was his mom and besides that, it was non of her business. This person in my opinion tried to railroad my son into moving in a place he did not like. The apartment was just vacated a day before and the only thing was done was to vacuum the floors. The bathroom was dirty, floors dirty, carpet dirty. All because she did not want to return his deposit(remember she was the one who expected him to see the apartment the same day he was supposed to move in). Run do not walk to get away from this facility. Some people need training in Customer Service.Staff:Professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and overall service level extremely poor.
