Locally owned and operated with fast, fair and friendly service. I've always taken my vehicles here for work.

I had my car towed to this place because it's what my insurance company said would be good (StateFarm). I have the tow guy leave my keys in the drop box since it's late and left a message on their phone. I then came in when they had finished my estimate. My original estimate that I was told was well under what my insurance company was willing to pay. I saw the papers they handed with the estimate. I was then told that my insurance company wouldn't cover it and to wait to call my insurance for another few days. I didn't wait, I called them as soon as I left. After looking over the estimate StateFarm told me they would fix it no problem but they needed to call Joe Hudson's first and check with them. After that call I'm told there is almost 2,000 worth of hidden damages I was never told about. Keep in mind this was not even thirty minutes after I left the shop. I then had to total out my car because I don't have the money to get it towed to another estimate place and StateFarm refused to pay for it. StateFarm paid all but $60 of my loan from my car and Joe Hudson's I'm assuming got to take my car. They cheated me out and now I have to share a car with my fiancé which is insanely inconvenient and has made me not have as many hours resulting in me not being able to save for a new car. So thanks so much to the asshole that tacked on hidden damages that I was not told of until my insurance company calls!

Unfortunately, someone backed into my car in a parking lot in September 2024. We soon realized they…read moredid not have adequate insurance, so they offered to pay out of pocket to fix my car. I got 3 estimates and talked with the person who hit me, and we went with the estimate that was in the middle on costs. I learned very quickly that I chose wrong. The person who hit me went and paid the deposit, Crash Champions then ordered the parts, and we scheduled the repairs. When I dropped off the car the receptionist had me sign the necessary paperwork and while I was waiting to finish this process, she proceeded to take a call from a customer and put the call on speaker while I was at the desk and another gentleman was in the waiting room. After the call was completed, she, another employee and manager proceeded to holler back in forth about who was accessing my work order. After that, I was done, and I left. Work was completed in a timely manner, and I was kept informed about the process through the link I was texted, that part was great. They contacted me to let me know my car was completed and gave me my total. The total was higher than the quote and when I checked the car in for repairs, I signed a contract stating they would seek my approval for costs before completing repairs, which they never did. I learned quickly why they were so aggressively pushy about me claiming this on my insurance. We were able to negotiate the price down but when we picked up my car, they did not even repair it fully. They did offer to repair it for an additional cost, even though they quoted the car after looking at it and taking pictures. The repair that was missing was where the brunt of the damage was, as well as the most expensive repair work being completed (front grille sensor bar). We tried filling out an internal survey and dealing with the territory manager to correct this situation but we're unsuccessful. I hope this review will save someone from the nightmare I went through with my car that was less than a year old. Repairs totaled at over $4k. There are others problems that occurred as well but these are the main issues. I would highly recommend going anywhere but here.
