On vacation in Orange Beach my 2004 Venture minivan with 212k began making noises I recognized as a front wheel bearing going bad, so based on good reviews here I called Randy and he said to drop it off and they'd try to confirm my diagnosis and fix it that day. It was about 11am by the time I dropped it off but by 3pm they called and said both sides were bad so I had them go ahead. I thought their pricing, though not cheap, was reasonable and (since these bearings had both been replaced about 20 months ago) I appreciated the 24/24 NAPA nationwide guarantee. I'm satisfied and recommend Key as an honest and forthright shop. I dinged 'em one star because the tech didn't reattach a wheel well engine splash guard that was loose when the van went in. Reattaching it would've taken three plastic clips and five minutes and on a $750 tab that would've been a nice gesture. read more

Several experiences w these people. Some fair at best when they were slow & needed the work. One complete rip off & a final one where they refused a 5 min check on my only car. Leave it for two days was the owner's flippant response. Go anywhere else if you can. They need some competition. One star was the lowest rating. They deserve less. read more

I told Randy to order the car part for my oil leak. When I called a few days later his wife told me she knew nothing about it and he would call me first thing Monday morning. Randy called my dad, NOT ME, to let him know the part was there. Didn't give me an estimated time when I took it in. Lied to my mom a couple hours later, saying he told me it would be ready at 2:30 and we would receive a call. Never received a call at 2:30. Absolutely disrespectful. read more

We hobbled into town the last 60 miles from Jonesborough TN with 4 grandbabies and a bad water pump on our 2014 Dodge 3500 Diesel. I researched garages I am so glad I didn't give the couple of negative reviews on here much attention. Randy treated us with great honesty and integrity. He gave us a quote and available time slot over the phone that we were very pleased with. We dropped the truck off that morning and by lunchtime, he called to let us know it was ready. The invoice was exactly as he quoted (a little over $400) and the truck is running great. We were able to enjoy the rest of our week vacation here on your beautiful coast! I made the mistake of taking my vehicle into this shop based on location. What a mistake that was. Had a couple check engine lights on, and wanted to have it looked at with the intent of having it repaired. The estimate I received for repairs was absolutely beyond ridiculous. It was bad enough that these crooks we're trying to completely rip me off with this insane estimate for repairs. They had the audacity to charge me $127.00 for labor to diagnose the issues with my vehicle!!! I have never felt so violated or ripped off. Do yourself a favor and steer clear away from this unscrupulous repair facility. The labor charge was for an hour, when clearly there no where near an hour of labor involved. I think it's a terrible practice to do business this way. There couldn't have been more then 30 minutes labor involved for this simple inspection. I will be reporting this shady operation to the better business bureau. Thanks again Key Auto Hospital for nothing. It seems actual work being done here isn't really necessary when you charge unsuspecting patrons $127.00 for literally nothing. The scum bags that run this rip off facility should be ashamed of their shady business practices. Anyone considering taking your vehicle here... do yourself and your wallet a favor and go elsewhere. One thing you can count on from Key Auto Hospital is reassurance your going to get ripped off. F.Y.I.
