So, I thought for the last few years I had found a reputable place to have my truck taken care of…read more I've had tires replaced, brakes done, oil changes done with no regrets. Then I went in to get my tires rotated. The serviceman told me that my lug nuts had sleeves on them and that when they start slipping you won't be able to get the lug nuts off easy. He suggested I have new ones installed without sleeves on them. I said ok and they put new ones on for $117.00. They were fine at first, then after 2 years they started to rust. When the points of the lug nuts rust they round off when you try to remove them. Chrome lug nuts aren't supposed to rust. So, asked Troy to replace them or refund my purchase price. He said no but would give me an oil change that cost the same as the lugs nuts. I can get a oil change at the Ford dealer for $60. So, I ended up buying new lug nuts and installing myself. While changing them I found out that one lug nut was a different size than all the rest. So, If I would have got a flat while traveling I would have not known that and would have had no lug wrench to change that one lug nut. I would have been stuck on the side of the road. No Thanks Fausack, you have lost a good customer... Customer beware.....

I asked about a warranty and was told, you must replace the tire and send in your request for the warranty replacement before anything could be done. They replaced the new tire with a used tire and it sounded louder than any tire I've ever had. I went back and they did not want to replace it. I suggested the mechanic drive with me. Once he did, he realize the tire was faulty and the radial belts had separated- this was all before a long road trip that could have caused a serious wreck of the tire would have blown. Do not buy any kind of tire from this company.

After requesting to have the right tires put on I was told the tires I have are two months out and they can't order them. They said they'd have a manager call me to work it out. After a week passed, I didn't hear from anybody, and the issue I had come in for still wasn't resolved I called again. This time I had a female who quickly ordered the tires and set up an appointment. I don't live in the state so I had to reschedule my appointment for another day. I am currently here, an hour and a half after my appointment to have two tires put on, and they still aren't done. They are offering nothing for charging me for and installing more expensive tires than were on the truck. They are in no hurry to get me out of here effectively taking even more money out of my pocket. And as I'm typing this there is another customer in here who also had an appointment over an hour ago and they haven't even started his vehicle. All in all, a very poor representation of a very trusted brand. Something should be done about this place. Also, I should get my money back for putting random tires on my van without asking my permission and it not even fixing my problem. All around bad business from this branch of Goodyear.

When our exhaust pipe broke off in front of the muffler on our Toyota Corolla, all I had to go by was the recommendation of the first shop I called who didn't have the capability to repair our car. I called Doering Tire and they got me in the following morning when they opened at 8:00 AM. They replaced my exhaust pipe and changed the oil in 90 minutes. The bill? $151.00 complete! They were friendly, courteous and recommended a restaurant and some interesting sights within a few blocks of the shop that I could visit while I waited. The morning I had been dreading turned out to be a pleasant and enjoyable experience. If I'm ever in this area again and need auto repair, I will definitely go back..

Didn't have the proper suspension…read moretools/smaller bits to do the repair comfortably myself so I Paid 70 for them to install a power steering rack support that I had bought, went to check the work, bear metal spots on frame (wiped off grease and didn't reapply), replaced the metal tie with a plastic one on the dust cover... mainly obvious because they didn't even cut it, thought it was a simple mistake so I went in there to say something and they told me that they didn't have them and that harbor freight has them.... looked at me like I was slow.... a auto repair shop does not have metal zip ties??? They did the same crappy work I would've done for free. Also didn't verified price before Work, still have to go buy stuff to complete the repair.
