I was so excited to know that I would be able to continue to come here for treatment, because they accept my Medicare insurance (I get 12 visits a year), and my son is able to come as well (he has diagnosed Special Needs). They are now in an even more beautiful facility, and I have been in love with their customer service, professionalism, and efficiency since day one. Dr Jay, Brandy, Jennifer, etc. are awesome and they treat us like family when we come in. I've never waited more than 15 minutes to be taken back the treatment, and I like that they have multiple modalities of treatment versus just give me an adjustment and rushing me out. Chiropractic treatment should be part of everyone's self-care, and this is the place where I come to get mine.

Dr. Jay Lerner is the best. He takes time to understand your issues and really listens to the deeper story of what is ailing you. I initially started going to get help on an injured shoulder that was leading to upper back issues, as well as my ongoing issues with pain in my lower back and hips. I had been to an ortho guy and had xrays, that showed no bone damage, and started VERY Expensive PT and heavy duty muscle relaxers. 5 months later with no relief in pain and limited function, and not wanting surgery. I opted to seek alternative care through chiropractor, believing my body could heal if I freed up the tension and resulting misalignment from the cascading effect of pulling a muscle tendon up inside my shoulder joint. Recovery wasn't over night, but Dr. Lerner fixed me up. Within a few months I could use the arm to carry things and lift my arm above my head and the pain in my upper back had eased. He recommended exercises at home and ointments that would help with the pain and release the muscle. Within the year it was fully healed--- no surgery needed. Now I get my regular spine and nerve maintenance done here. I started going there during covid when my other chiropractor (more convenient from a distance location) told me that they didn't believe that our bodies would get sick from COVID 19 if we were properly aligned to boost the bodies natural defenses and therefore did not require staff to wear masks. ??HUH?? I had heard that Southern Crescent was very conscientious about protecting their employees and patients from transmission of communicable diseases.
