We were looking for a new Peditrican in the area being that we recently relocated and we ended up…read morehere based on the doctor's reviews. My review is based on the office not necessarily the doctor. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. We come for an appointment we wait close to an hour! It's horrible! We've also had appointments canceled on us at the last minute. It's extremely unprofessional to make patients wait such extended periods of time, especially with young children who do not have the most patience. There are no toys to keep them busy and it's often so packed there is only standing room available in the wait room. Our doctor seemed nice enough (Dr.Kearney), however due to the issues I provided above, we will be looking for a different provider that can respect patients time.

I feel Dr. Snapperman is quite capable and always caring. I have a problem however, that every time I have a need I seem to need multiple appointments. I was seen 7 days ago for a condition, issued a perscription for only 7 days. The condition is better but not corrected. I need another appointment to get a refill? I think that is provide more billing with another appointment. I am going out of town and don't have time to get a visit, was told to go to an urgent care by the nurse. REALLY? I guess next time I need a doctor I'll start at Urgent care and by pass my physician. My business will be headed to someone else.

The time that they take and their willingness to work with me to resolve my issues has been nothing short of amazing. I will continue to return to be under their care.

Dr. Osborne is my GP and he is amazing. He is always polite and efficient, he takes the time to listen and he comes up with a reasonable game plan for whatever health problems I am facing. Also, he is always open to whatever suggestions I make concerning my treatment. HIs nurse Mari is also excellent. If I leave a message regarding refills or any other issue, she is on it! She calls right back and she takes care of the issue on the spot. Like Dr. Osborne, she is always polite and efficient. Over the years, I have seen all the other doctors in the practice when I had to come in as a walk in. They are all top notch. Moreover, I have never had to wait to see a doctor much more than an hour or so. Rarely is might be up to two, but that's usually during flu and cold season. Under those circumstances, a two hour wait is reasonable in my book. If I have a regularly scheduled appointment, the wait time is usually no more than half an hour. I must say though, that if it's cold and flu season, that can make wait times more like an hour. I'd also like to specially say something about Dr. Bergere. He has been the doctor for three of my eldest relatives (between 80 and 93). He has an amazing bedside manner with older patients. He has a very calming nature that in turn has a calming effect on older ones. Like Dr. Osborne, he is great at coming up with a reasonable game plan to face the challenges that my relatives have had over the years. Personally, I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
