They were able to come out same week, did the inspection and showed us where the leak was happening, but also where our roof had taken hail damage and suggested we contact our insurance to see what coverage we could get from them. They also came out the day the insurance adjuster came out so they could answer any questions or provide any further information, which was nice. When it was time to schedule our roof replacement, I was worried about the time frame as they were having a busy season and my parents were coming to stay with us in a few weeks. However they found a time for us just before my parents trip and had the roof off and replaced in 1 day. This also included replacing the old 80s skylights we had with the modern versions. They came back next day to do a quick walk through and check for any straggling nails etc in our lawn/around the outside of the house. I think (despite insurance not really helping us - which is not Innovatives fault at all) we were given a good deal. The shingles they used were the highest quality rated for hail and impact resistant. We got to pick from quite a few options of shingle color and it came out great. My only tiny critique is that the person who originally came to do the inspection seemed to not want to talk to me (I was the only one available to be home that day) and would make comments about "letting my husband know" and when he came back on the day of the insurance adjuster he literally only talked to my husband. It might not have been done consciously, but it made me feel excluded from the decision making.

My usually guys are really backed up so I called premier as an alternative. Premier has worked on 4 houses of mine in the last 6 months. Communication with this company is horrible and "the customer is right" doesn't imply with premier. I have a commercial building in Oak Grove that I'm still waiting on a roof replacement bid. I've reached out to them 4 different times with 4 no call no shows. I recently had their Gutter install walk off the job claiming I needed to have facia replace before he could put on the gutters. Then told premier I canceled not the other way around. Ever other gutter company I've worked with would have replaced the damage and finished the job same day. I'm holding I get my money back. Yes... with premier you have to put half down before they show up. Not the case with most companies. My experience with this company is been really shaky. Tyson is a really nice guy that just doesn't follow though with his promises. Even for a customer that has paid for 62 gutter jobs in the last 5 years. I could only imagine what they would be like for just a "fix my house, my only house" type of customer.

They decided to wait and repair everything at one time when the new shutters came in. There were some ordering issues with the shutters so the job was delayed to the point I was discouraged and decided to move on to another company. After expressing my dissatisfaction, Ben agreed to come out and replace the missing shingles a few days later. I was very concerned with the lack of communication, but really wanted the roof repaired. Updated: Here we are almost 2 months later. My old shutters were removed by Ben so he could take them into the shop and have the correct size ordered. I haven't heard back from them, so I will look at ordering some new shutters from someone else. My roof also leaked from the storm we had on the 4th of July weekend. It could be from new damage, although the storm wasn't very strong. It could also be water damage from leakage when it took over a month to get a few shingles replaced or from shoddy replacement. Regardless, I am going to seek out a professional roofing company to make the new repairs.

I had The Fence Lads install a fence for me around my entire backyard. They will talk-the-talk, but…read moretheir product and service are subpar. They used cheap hardware (which I've had to replace) after promising to use quality, heavy-duty pieces. The hinges bent and the bolts rusted within months. They drove ALL the screws deep into the wood causing water penetration and premature rotting. Again causing me to replace boards after a much shorter period than should have been necessary. The concrete for the posts was sloppily installed and not graded to repel water. One gate post quickly rotted out and fell over. The hole was five inches deep. There was a root, so they just used a couple inches of concrete. Lazy and unprofessional. I was able to take it out quickly and easily and dig the hole down to an acceptable level when I had to replace their shoddy work. I wanted a horizontal fence. Luckily, I was home when the hacks they had installing my fence started. They tried to run the boards at an angle instead of level. Why? So they could use longer runs of board and not have to make cuts to keep the boards perpendicular to the ground. They also tried (and failed) to space the boards about three inches apart from top to bottom. Lazy and dishonest. They tried to charge me more for their laziness because they had to use "more boards". Keep in mind the guy had come out and bid on the project and knew exactly what I wanted. But of course there was no boss or supervisor on site when they were working. Only when it was time to get paid. The dishonesty continued when they tried to get me to pay them cash and said they wouldn't accept a check. Even tried to get tough with me. (On the phone of course.) That did not go well for them. Gosh, why would they want me to pay in cash I wonder? Turns out they COULD take a check when they found out that they weren't going to get paid and we could just go to court. My opinion is to give this disreputable company a HARD PASS at all costs.
